Setzer Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Hello people! Hero-in-training needs full-fledged heroes for an adventure in West End. Unknown being barricaded in a condemned house, shooting whoever tries to go near the house. The locals are overwhelmed, they have no means to stop it! Only one of them can try to advance into the house, but no one knows what lurks inside... Anyone interested in lend a hand to a rookie? A GM would be nice too.
quotemyname Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 I like the idea. I'd offer to play either Ferros, or Blueshift (Warning: Blue's cloaking device might be a little OP here). I have a decent amount on my plate as is, so I don't think me GMing is a good idea, but I can certainly lend a hand here and there. P.S. you should put a link to your character in your sig, as per board policy :)
Tiffany Korta Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 How many people are comfortable with? I'm trying to volunteer for as many stories as possible, but I'm even greener than you so I'll probably be a liability .
Setzer Posted July 14, 2011 Author Posted July 14, 2011 It´s not easy being green! Two, three people perhaps. The word about the incident has spread.
Azuth65 Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 I'd throw Wisp in the mix, though her teleporting in, much like Blueshift's cloaking might be a tad overpowered. Unless there's some traps inside which would make this like the haunted house from hell .
quotemyname Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Oh, traps don't bother Blue *points to disable device +20*
Taar Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Hmm. I guess I should mention Cheshire's a teleporter as well then. However! Depending on what's in there the GM could always fiat that one or more areas of the house have been blocked off from teleportation somehow or another.
Setzer Posted July 15, 2011 Author Posted July 15, 2011 Well, that´s on GM hands. But there sure must be ways to keep even a teleporter busy...
quotemyname Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Setzer, if no one volunteers as permanent GM, that would mean it's under your control ;)
Setzer Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 What? I can´t be a GM yet, I have not enough practice! You don´t know what they do to pretty boys like me outside!
quotemyname Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 "Ever been to a Turkish prison, johnny?" I'm sure you can handle it. It's really not that hard. Besides, I don't mind HELPING, I just don't want to be in charge.
