Veiled Malice Posted February 11, 2008 Author Posted February 11, 2008 Okay! That's a big ol' post done. I know I skipped over a bunch of time you could have acted, but it was mostly setting the scene for the entrance of Captain Wonder. Hope you're okay with it.

Fred has been out of the game for longer than most superheroes have been alive; his reflexes aren't always perfect. And man, this scene activates a huge number of his complications, as good 'origin' stories should!

shazam Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Well, that certainly was a lot of hero points blown: 1 for the Super-Breath off Super-Strength 1 to surge 1 to power-stunt Whirlwind Attack off the Super-Strength (Which did 4 damage each; he's not power-attacking even Nazis until he's sure he can do it without breaking anyone's head) 1 to reroll the natural 1 on the attack on the Nazis (though that would have been hilarious in a dark sort of way) And more to grow on...
