Thevshi Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Umm, yeah, since the “worst†I can roll is 37. I got my best initiative yet, a 53.
Veiled Malice Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 You can make a Int roll to get a hint on how to get through the door... or you might already have a good idea. ;)

Thevshi Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Okay, need some clarification. Is the door on something that is in the middle of the room? Or is it on the wall?

Veiled Malice Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 It's on the wall. The pod has a door, which is open, but in order to get into the next room, you need to get the sealed hatch open. I fixed the post. Sorry about that.

Thevshi Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 Sorry about the delay, school has really been busy since Wed. Velocity used her supermovement alt of her speed array to prermeate through the wall. She is then using the total defense action to add +4 to her defense.
Veiled Malice Posted March 24, 2008 Author Posted March 24, 2008 Damn, I forgot you could do that. Oh well, rather than be difficult and say, "No, you gotta solve my puzzle!" I'll let that stand as another instance of the "Indiana Jones" way of solving problems. :)
Thevshi Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Wow, a roll that goes my way for a change! (well, potentially) Got a 20
Veiled Malice Posted March 28, 2008 Author Posted March 28, 2008 Okay, you know he's lying. (Good roll, BTW. )
Thevshi Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Yeah, I kinda figured that was the case based on other clues :)
Veiled Malice Posted April 9, 2008 Author Posted April 9, 2008 Sorry this has gone unupdated for so long, but I'm currently experiencing a dearth of creative juice. This will not go on much longer, or I'll eat my own head. (How, I have no idea, but you can tell I'm grasping at straws writing-wise.)
Thevshi Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Its okay VM, I have still been really busy myself. Just finished my take home midterm over the weekend. Started a new paper I am handing in today. And then I have a second interview with a mutual fund company this afternoon (and I really, really want this job). Thev :)
Veiled Malice Posted April 14, 2008 Author Posted April 14, 2008 Freaking finally! Alright, new post up. Thanks for your patience on this. BTW, did you get the job? Or do you not know yet?
Thevshi Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 I don't know yet. I am hoping that it is a good sign as they are trying to contact the references I gave them.
Veiled Malice Posted April 25, 2008 Author Posted April 25, 2008 BTW, since it has been more than a minute, your bruise is gone now.
Thevshi Posted April 28, 2008 Posted April 28, 2008 That's good to know. I think its probably about time for initiative rolls. Velocity has a url=http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1580322]49.
Veiled Malice Posted April 28, 2008 Author Posted April 28, 2008 Wasn't sure if you wanted to attack yet, but okay. Johnny Rotten has a 47. Dang, he sucked at that roll.
Veiled Malice Posted May 5, 2008 Author Posted May 5, 2008 Yeah, me too. Could you give me a notice check real quick?
Thevshi Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 As Velocity can cover 25,000 feet in a move action, she is going to just start looking everywhere she possibly can for Johnny and attack him. You want a notice check?
Veiled Malice Posted May 5, 2008 Author Posted May 5, 2008 Yeah, go ahead and give me one of those. You shouldn't have too much of a problem, though. Rotten's not very stealthy.
