Equinox will give it a shot! Only in a less gung ho manner.

DC21 Concentration roll to maintain Impervious Toughness 11 as a move action (1d20+16=21) Alright, so she just barely manages to keep up her shield as a move action to enable her cutting at the spell with her sword.

Nullify Magic, roll, inflicting a DC25 Toughness save afterwards if so applicable. (1d20+11=12) Um... Hero Point?

Damn shoddy workmanship (1d20+11=15) And +10 makes it a respectable 25.

Nick throws a bolt of Ignis Fatuus at Baron Kriminel. It hits, necessitating a DC24 Will save. That... could've gone better. Instead of Staggered, however, we'll say Kriminel is Bruised x2. Everyone take an HP.

Baron Kriminel manages to Regenerate one Bruised, then decides to go at Nick with The Steady Hands. Um... ow. That's a base DC28 + 5 for Crit + 5 for Autofire = DC38. Thank God for those HP. That's a 24, so... I think I'll risk an HP. Still not pretty, but still.

Future reference, Dead Head does have Interpose, so he will be flinging himself in front of Nick or 'Nox as needed.

Equinox's action... Move Action - Use Flight until she's just over Kriminel's head

Standard Action - Use the sword of JUSTICE! Power Attacking for 2, so... Roll to hit Kriminel, then Nullify Magic if appropriate. This is followed by a DC27 Toughness save (1d20+9=17, 1d20+13=18) Crap, fails to hit, so I'll blow a HP on it leaving her with 6... Rerolled hit vs Baron Kriminel (1d20+9=20) Well, cack.

Hayley's action - All-out Movement away from the battle :P

That is what it is, and what it is, is not getting past Baron Kriminel's Defense. Sorry, Ecal.

Nick is still Dazed, but the expenditure of an HP will take care of that. He still his Array to Ereshkigal's Talons, and takes a swing at Kriminel. It fails to hit.

Kriminel is still Dazed, but his Regen requires No Action. Shame it doesn't work. Samedi's up next, and he switches to Telekinesis to hit Kriminel in the face. He's more successful, and Kriminel must make a DC27 Toughness save. He fails, his Daze refreshes, and he is now Staggered.

Kriminel's not really moved, so DH is still in melee range of him.
