The Club is Infinity, described on page 56 of the Freedom City The NPCs are (AA's Oddballs) Living Vampire (Wrath), Qedeshat (Lust), Power Thief (Greed, though replace the Fatigue 7/Mimic 7 with Mimic 12 and bump the melee attack bonus to 8) For their human forms, I'll take suggestions one what they look like.
