Actually, Jasmine is in the middle of a lab with chemicals everywhere? Couldn't she just craft normally, or even just look for chemicals that are naturally corrisive or explosive? Is there any thermite in there? Or maybe could she craft thermite without using invention?

Or would you let me use quickness on a Jury-Rig instead? If you won't, can I make a Physical Sciences check along with a Search Check to look everywhere for some corrosive chemical to throw at this blob thing?

Heck, what equipment is around that she can weaponize? There has to be cabinets full of chemicals with warning labels about heat or moisture that she can throw at this thing.

That'll be Catalyst's entire turn. And look, a new challenger! Octopus Blob's Ini. (1d20+7=25)

Ironclad's blob swipes at her. Hulk's melee attack check, vs Ironclad's Def. DC 25 Tou (1d20+10=19) That hits, because Ironclad is Toughness-shifted.

Ironclad's Toughness save, vs DC 25. (1d20+15=16) ... That is very deserving of a reroll. Minimum result of which is 26, so she takes no damage.

Ironclad takes the time to hit it back. Ironclad's melee attack check, vs Hulk's Def. DC 25 (1d20+10=17) That barely hits.

Hulk's Toughness save, vs DC 25. (1d20+13=27) He saves this time.

Octo-blob goes before Catalyst, but at least she's not flat-footed! Octoblob's melee attack check, vs Catalyst's Def. DC 25 Tou (1d20+10=15) Misses.

Catalyst is fighting by herself then? Okay, I'm gonna use her obscure power Probably lessen the power from 1 mile to about fifty feet. Catalyst can see just fine now, but the blob definitely can't.

Ironclad's Toughness save, vs Dc 25. (1d20+15=34) THAT'S the reason you Toughness-shift, people!

The Octo-Blob is actually using AA's Octopus Hero (I told you it was in reserve!) so it's not bothered by the smoke. It decides to smack Catalyst instead. Octo-Blob's melee attack check, vs Catalyst's Def. DC 25 Tou (1d20+10=23) That'll hit.

Ironclad lays down THE LAW on the blob. Ironclad's ranged attack check w/ +5/-5 Power Attack and +5/-5 All-Out Attack, vs Blob's Def. DC 30 Tou (1d20+10=23) God, I miss doing that.

Hulking Blob's Toughness save, vs DC 30. (1d20+12=20) That's Daze + Staggered. Catalyst is up, now.

13, ouch, she's staggered and dazed. I'll burn an HP to reroll, 13 again, but this time, that's 23, so that's a bruise.

Catalyst now knows something is up. She is going to assume it's some other sense she needs to obscure though, Physical Sciences taking ten for 25 to realize the tremor sense, so she uses her move action to run over and get on a car a good bit away (probably on the other side of the garage). And she shoots at him, with a blast of acid, 15, that hit? She is concealed.

So Catalyst will attack with her fortitude attack damage shifted by 2, 29, Critical mofos. Hehe, so that's DC 17 for the 2 shift, +5 for the critical makes DC 22, +5 for autofire makes it DC 27 fortitude save, that has slow fade, so the drained Fort lasts for ten rounds.
