DC 25 Toughness save. Using Improved Grab Feat to start a grapple with that at the same time (if it hits) 1d20+20=35 for opposed grapple roll. Link to comment

Ok, so Synth will rearrange some variable PP array: 4 PP: Additional Limbs 2 (Extra: Continious) [4 Extra Arms] 6 PP: Elongation 6 (250 feet). So that gives her and additional +8 to Grapple Rolls.
