Power shifted by 3. 24, I'm guessing that hits since they're all in the fog, with autofire and the shifting it goes up to DC 22 reflex as it should hit everyone but Cannonade.

He likewise dodges the miss chance, just manages to hit, and Dazes and Staggers the guy. DC 20 Fortitude Roll, adding any autofire, it'd be something like DC 22, or DC 21 something like that.

Nullify 5 (Mutation Powers) (Extras: Autofire, Alternate Roll (Fortitude), Duration 2 [substained], Targetted Area [burst], Flaw: Limited Chemical Mutations, Feats: Progression Area 1 (10 Ft) 30PP She'll fully power shift this attack as well to hit everyone, including the max users as a precauction so they won't have to make the fortitude rolls to not die. 17, that should hit everyon. DC 20 fortitude for those who can make it. Cannonade is technically flat-footed it should hit him just fine, it's a substained power, so it should cancel out the effects of the empowerment.

Zoom User 1 fights off the effects, Zoom User 2 is inoculated. And as he's inoculated, I'll rule that serves as an emetic for the zoom, meaning it purges without risk of heart failure. Zoom User 1 goes next, and at the start of his turn, needs to make a DC15 Fortitude save to resist the gas. And fails. And what 25 points worth of powers does he acquire? Blast 8 (Extras: Autofire 1; Power Feats: Improved Critical) [25 PP] That can't be good. He unleashes the flaming fury, and hits Cannonade. That's a DC25 Toughness save for Cannonade, which breaks his Impervious. He is Bruised and Dazed. Hero Point! With the +10, that's actually much better. Catalyst: 25, Unharmed, 2 HP Zoom Addict 1: 21, Unharmed, Bound (Snare - Injured x1), -2 Fort, Mutated, 0 HP Cannonade: 16, Unharmed, Inoculated, 5 HP Zoom Addict 2: 15, Unharmed, Bound (Snare - Injured x1), Inoculated, 0 HP Cannonade decides the best way to deal with a man on fire is a good, solid punching. He closes the distance and misses. Screw it, another Hero Point. Much better. That's a DC25 Toughness save for the Zoom Addict, which he fails, causing him to fall unconscious as a Minion. We're out of rounds, though Catalyst will need to tag Zoom Addict 1 with the antigen so that he doesn't have a heart attack when he comes off zoom the hard way. Likewise, we're now free to try tracking Mister Motley again.

Nope. So instead, he takes a second Move Action to keep up with the van by running alongside it. Catalyst is up next.
