It's pretty thick glass. Let's go with the Toughness of wood. Breaking it would make a big rush of water, but once it petered out it'd only be a wet floor, basically.

Could I get a Wis check from you two?

Okay, so Glow wishes to attack Lapetus to start a grapple, then throw him at the side of the big fish tank.

Unfortunately a 16 isn't going to hit him so that's out.

Meanwhile, she might mention the weather outside to Heraldo..

Fort save: 9 which seems pretty bad.

So I looked up drain and it looks like it doesn't actually matter how much you fail the save by, is that right? seems a bit strange to me. I might re-roll if it does matter obviously :D

Tethys takes -1 to all physical ability scores per minute in sunlight, so her Str and Dex are both down by 1. That reduces her Ref save, melee damage, and grapple check by 1, each.

She is going to flee in a different direction from Iapetus. Fun!

Once there, using Super-Breath to make an attempted Trip.

Strength roll! 27! Beat that vampire[snake-man]! :argh:

He cannot possibly make that check, so he falls prone.

Gets right back up again and keeps running, mind, but he falls prone for a bit!

I'd say Glow could catch up with Iapetus in a single Move action. So she can still get a Standard action in, if you want.
