Heridfel Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Everyone gets to make a Fortitude save vs. a DC 13 Nauseate effect. Kevin passed his, and learned a valuable lesson about dramatic irony.

Heridfel Posted March 16, 2008 Author Posted March 16, 2008 And now a Notice check. This is unrelated to what Kevin just said, but it's occurring simultaneously. He failed his check, for what that's worth.

Shadowboxer Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I roll a 20 for Nightrival's Notice check. :)

Warmonger Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1529007/ 16 on that notice check.

Shadowboxer Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 I should have had Liam ask for a costume before he left for Freeport, but he probably didn't think he'd need it. Would it possible to have a brief moment to get Liam into some local clothing, like walking into a shop or taking it from a would-be mugger? He could barter using his throwing knives as currency.

Heridfel Posted March 21, 2008 Author Posted March 21, 2008 Both Sen and Nightrival notice a man bump into Kevin and feel him down for belongings. It wasn't possible to see whether he actually took something from Kevin, but it was a practiced pickpocket. The man was nondescript, almost unusually so. Average height, neither slim nor fat, skin tanned enough to not be pale, but not dark. He seemed to blend in with the crowds, despite their varied appearances. As for the other question, it's certainly a possibility. Everything's for sale in Freeport, though there are some costs that you shouldn't be willing to pay...

Warmonger Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 Wait did we lose him? I assume we can still see him.
Heridfel Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 You can still see him, but it's hard to concentrate on him. Freeport is a confusing place to newcomers, and whoever he is, he seems to use that to his advantage. If Nightrival lost him, that's no dirt on his observational abilities.
Warmonger Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 Alright 24 for ini. http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1537098/
Shadowboxer Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 Liam / Nightrival rolls a 12. I mentioned in the Player Away Thread that I'll be posting erratically while I'm on the road. I will try to keep up. :)
Heridfel Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 No problem. Sen's up before both of us, and the man is after him in the initiative order. He's still running away, though Sen and Nightrival are gaining on him. Hub's going more slowly than the two of you, since he took a standard action to Boost Sen. +6 to all abilities - maybe now, Sen'll appreciate why Master Lee sent him along, and we haven't even had any injuries yet. Sen: 24 Nondescript Man: 15 Nightrival: 12 Hub: 11 Sen, you're up.
Warmonger Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Do I have to make a DEX check or anything since I don't have Acrobatics?
