Tiffany Korta
Could you all give me Notice Rolls please. Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Well you both see her make a small gesture with her hands, but you're not sure what it means. But Blod with her notice of 22 see's everything. Link to comment
Ari
Let's try another Notice check: 14. A shame. Using his Super-Hearing with Counters Concealment. Link to comment
Ari
Can El Heraldo transform, grab Lord Steam and Blodeuwedd, then carry them both to the Cressida? Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Yes but the Avians are ready so we shall go to initiatives. Link to comment
Ari
Okay, initiative roll: 21! Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Right all the Avian are Minions and use the Soldier archtype. There combined Initiative is 1d20+1=17. And Blod's initiative is 1d20+5=7. So we have 21 El Heraldo, unharmed, 5 hp 17 Avians (minions), unharmed 9 Lord steam, unharmed, 3 hp 7 Blodeuwedd, unharmed, 3 hp (oh everyone got a HP for Madame Vapeur's escape) How many round we have to go depend on what everyone does, but for each round it takes the group will have to fend off an Avian attack. EH goes first. Link to comment
Ari
Free action to transform and say words suitable to the situation. Move Action up to the Avians, Standard to try and blow them down with a blast of Super-Breath! Strength roll: (09:38:43) Arichamus: Wait..yeah, that's the right Attack bonus. (09:40:46) Arichamus: Vanguard OOC posted. (09:45:37) System: Arichamus rolls 1d20 and gets (12)+9=21. The Strength/Dexterity DC is 21. Then moving back down to nearby the door, setting a Reaction to Interpose the next attack on Blodeuwedd, and a free action to suggest he bust a hole in the airship and carry folks out. Tiffany Korta
There save is 1d20+1=7, so yeah they're down. Unfortunately they're up next so they all get up and pile into EH, punch attacks all around. 1d20+5=25, 1d20+5=20, 1d20+5=9, so two hits and two DC 16 Toughness saves. Link to comment
Ari
Eat Impervious Toughness 10, Avian fiends! Of course, if you decide that these attacks manage to puncture the mantle of his patron... Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
No he's fine. Lord Steams up next Link to comment
Supercape
Move Action: Move! (towards exit) Standard Action: -2 Attack, +2 DC, taking 10 on attack roll for 22, thats a DC 21 Toughness roll. Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Avian Toughness save 1d20+5=23. So one goes down. Blod will draw her weapon and move up to support. And we're back round to EH. Link to comment
Supercape
I should have realised Steam would need a move action to draw his weapon, so if its ok with you TK, lets just fluff he takes a few back steps in that last post? Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
yeah no worries Link to comment
Ari
Standard Action to Power Attack(-2 Attack +2 Damage) the nearest of the Avians): 17! DC28 Toughness save for El Aviano. Move Action into the hallway, setting a Reaction to Interpose the next attack on Lord Steam. Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Avian's Toughness save 1d20+5=6, so just one left. He'll make an attack on EH 1d20+5=20, so that's a hit but again no damage. So Lord Steam is up. Link to comment
Supercape
Taking 10 on an attack shifted +4 DC, -4 Attack, so an attack roll of 20, and if that hits, DC 23 Toughness. Move Action: Move! Also: In case needed (forgive me for being premature) a knowledge roll [technology] to see if he can tell what the Avians further on are constructing...1d20+15=26 (unless you feel its non-steampunkish / mechanical enough to evoke a complication). Tiffany Korta
Toughness Save : 1d20+5=17, so he's down. There each carrying some form of compact firearm, beautifully finished in Brass and Wood (of cause ), Lord Steam can't work out how exactly they work, but they'll pack quite a punch. Blod will move out to join the rest, and launch a series of knives towards the Avians 1d20+7=13, well obviously she has to work on her knife skills. And back round to the top 21 El Heraldo, unharmed, 5 hp 17 Avians (minions) x 2, unharmed 9 Lord steam, unharmed, 3 hp 7 Blodeuwedd, unharmed, 3 hp And EH is up next. Link to comment
