Alternate Identity: Lilian Adela Vargas Silveira (birth name), Mau Memina (criminal nickname) Identity: Public Birthplace: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Occupation: Bookstore Clerk Affiliations: The Freedom League Family: "You can never go home" Description: Age: 18 (DoB: October 25, 1993) Apparent Age: early twenties Gender: Female Ethnicity: Brazilian Height: 5'3" Weight: 115 lbs Eyes: black/silver Hair: light brown She is a well figured pear-shaped woman. Her skin is a light brown. Her face has rounded features. Ever since getting her powers she's had black eyeballs and silver eye color, they were originally brown. Her hair is long enough to reach her hips. She usually wears shorts and a tanktop when not in costume. Her costume is black spandex the covers her whole body and a domino mask. Power Descriptions: Lilian's powers are quite visible. When she uses her Entropy Control, it always manifests as her having a black outline that disperses when she expels an effect. Her black outline also appears when she flies leaving a black contrail when she moves. And finally, when she takes a hit when her forc field is up a black spot appears where the hit was. History: Lilian's mother was in Freedom City when the Terminus Invasion happened. She happened to be pregnant with Lilian then, so when she was accidentally doused with Terminus energy so was Lilian. No one was aware of it either. The side effects of Terminus energy were not known. So when her mother went back home, she didn't know she was carrying a Terminus baby. Lilian lived a normal life. She was a vibrant happy child who made lots of friends. On her fourteenth birthday she began to show signs of her "heritage" imediately. Her flight manifested first. She woke up that morning sleeping on the roof. She was scared at first, then confused about the whole black outline surrounding her. Confusion gave way to joy as sheflew around the house. Her mother was scared that her child was possessed by the devil and called a priest. Nothing came out of the consultation and no exorcism was needed. The priest remarked that he would want to see Lilian again. Lilian was too overjoyed to stick around anyway. She flew out the door and away to school. Her friends were impressed. The news was impressed when they called. Sudeenly Lilian was a getting her fifteen minutes of fame. Unfortunately she had some bad influences in that. People told her she could get whatever she wanted, and she listened to the sweet words of temptation. It was when she got mixed up with the wrong crowd of people that her full power set emerged she began to take hits that no one could survive and on top of that channel the blows out into large black beams of... she didn't know what it was, but she knew it was fun. Lilian took advantage of her powers more and more. Getting even more destructive as she went on. She dropped out of school after her eighth grade year. She left home to start living with friends who would supply her with what she wanted. Sex, drugs, rock and roll, cats and dogs living in sin. And there was no one to stop her. It all flew under the radar. No one was going to tell the dark lady she couldn't do anything. It was on her sixteenth birthday when she was contacted by someone who could use her services and "make her rich". She was half strung out at the time so she agreed. It was a jewelry heist. Lilian was vying for a share of diamonds. She and the others were set up though.after a shootout with the cops and some of her heist mates, she was the only one left standing. After coming to a horrified realization about where her life was heading she broke down and turned herself in. She saw the destructive path she was on and didn't want to go down it anymore. She was sent to prison for four years, but got out in two for good behavior. She went into seclusion after that. She didn't want to be with anyone anymore, she thought she would hurt them! Then she saw it, the perfect answer. An ad on late night television for tourism in the United States. Particularly Freedom City. She thought she could repay her debt to society by being it's protector. She left in the middle of the night telling no one and arrived in Freedom City the next morning. The Freedom League detected her coming and met her at "the door" so to speak. She gave them a heartfelt speech about wanting to start over enough so that they accepted her into the city and helped her get a visa. Personality & Motivation: Lilian is a fun-loving type of person. She'll never pass up a chance to have a good time. She's mindful of others though, making sure she isn't hurting anyone and that they're having a good time also. Her time as a criminal back home weighs heavy on her heart. It was never her intention to hurt anyone. When she saw those men die it created a stain on her soul that she figured she could never wash off. Their blood on her hands. It's something she hides very very well. Lilian's motivation is a sort of unattainable redemption. At least she thinks she can't. She's doing good to make up for the lives lost. And while they can never be brought back, she can still keep doing good. That's her goal. Powers & Tactics: Lilian does best at range. she can fly around shooting thing with entropy beams. There's not much finesse to it. Complications: Bad Memories: The thought of her past lingers in her mind. It's not something she wants to remember, seeing as she's trying to start over. Eighth Grade Education: She never finished school due to her slothy power trip. Former Criminal: From the age of 14 she was wrecking hell over her hometown, by 16 she was in prison. Immigrant: Not a citizen of the united states. Staying here on a work visa, courtesy of the Freedom League. Opportunistic: She knows when to strike, sometimes she sees the opportunity before the consequences Public Identity: She does not have a secret identity. Thrillseeker: Fun times are to be had. It hides the pain. trollthumper Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Not quite sure about four of the Entropy powers being permutations on the same general pattern (Fatigue, Stun, Paralyze and Nauseate), but if that's what you want to do, I say go ahead. I'd also prefer it if there was more explanation given for Tenebrous's Complications. What Bad Memories? How might her Thrillseeking complicate her heroic career and her secret identity? Each answer doesn't have to be an essay, but a quick line or two would help.
Max Posted September 11, 2012 Author Posted September 11, 2012 entropy control is basically terminus energy. the bad stuff that says "END THINGS", the stuff that messes with you in bad ways. You know what I mean? Also, added complication stuff.
trollthumper Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Oh, I can see where they all come thematically; I was just thinking you might want a little more variety. Like maybe a Blast with Vampiric attached, or something like that. And the Complication stuff works as is. If you're cool with the power set, I'm ready to sign off.

Avenger Assembled Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Alternate Power: Drain One Ability Score 12 (Extras: Range [Ranged]) [36/36} Delightful! Which one? Use standard notation for your arrays, if you can.
Max Posted September 11, 2012 Author Posted September 11, 2012 It's supposed to be Any One, One At A Time. Fixed the notation and hopefully the wording
