He doesn't have Power Attack (!), but I'll shift -2 Attack / +2 Damage all the same: Attack Roll (Power Attack Shifted): (1d20+12-2=15) ...meh. Using a HP to reroll that: Attack Roll (Power Attack Shifted, HP Reroll): (1d20+12-2=12) +10 makes it 22. The dice hate bears. :I
