Blue Rose Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Teleport behind the scenes. In addition to having shown Kat not-quite-naked, I now strip as a combat action (going on into next round if need be). Take 10 on stealth having broken line of sight. DC27 to spot.
Ari Posted December 29, 2012 Author Posted December 29, 2012 I'm going to have to do that thing now with Heraldo and Warp that I was planning to do. Anyway, she can't make that Notice roll normally. 20. Nope. Silver Scream Moves ten feet below where she was before. Round twelve: Warp: Unharmed, 1HP Kit: Unharmed, 4HP Silver Scream: Bruise(x1)-GM
Curious Key Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Now that Kat understand that other people might be somewhat inconvenienced by the illusion maze hanging around the door, she's got it into her head to help people in. Since SS is paying particular attention to the rafters, I'm assuming that'd take stealth? Stealth Roll: 6 . . . Wow. I want to know if it actually failed before I post though, cause if it does I want Kat to accidentally cut a sandbag loose or make the failure funny in some other way. I might do it even if it works, just to highlight so bad SS is at seeing things.
Blue Rose Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Of course, those mazes aren't exactly gonna impede incoming heroic types. They can make their own entrances through the walls!
Ari Posted December 30, 2012 Author Posted December 30, 2012 "You are in a maze of walls, all alike." Notice roll: 19. Yep.
Curious Key Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Usually heroes are a bit more reluctant to cause property damage, you know.
Curious Key Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Double post, I know. Sue me. I'm going to use extra effort to take a surge action for the sake of a second standard action to let me try to bluff, the goal being to make SS think that the Kat in the rafters was one of Kit's illusions. Bluff: 26
Blue Rose Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Which I'll be aiding, and auto-succeeding on, taking zero to grant that +2.
Ari Posted December 30, 2012 Author Posted December 30, 2012 Opposing DC28 Bluff roll: 13. Fiating a reroll(+1HP to Warp): 30. Succeeded.
Blue Rose Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 Do that take 1 on Aid Another, not that it helps. HP to take an extra action to intimidate. 1d20+5=18 HP to reroll. 1d20+5=23
Ari Posted December 31, 2012 Author Posted December 31, 2012 DC23 Intimidate check, using Intimidate as the counter: 31. The illusion of her continues to be incinerated. Intimidate check to try and demoralize Kit: 23. Well then. Move Action into the rafters. Round Thirteen. Warp: Unharmed, Fatigued, 1HP Kit: Unharmed, 3HP Silver Scream: Bruise(x1)-GM
Blue Rose Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 Counter-intimidate to resist. 1d20+5=9 HP: 1d20+5=14 +10=24, so pass. Then, drop the illusion to use fox fire. HP to fire two of 'em (both at +2 Power Attack for DC19 Toughness), and sniping. 50% miss change for using inaccurate sense (the soul sense) for targeting, I do believe. Those'll be 1d2-1. 1 hits, 0 misses. Also, indirect to chuck it around the curtain. Stealth: 1d20-3=17 Woo, nat 20. Fox Fire 1: Miss Chance-1d2-1=1 Makes miss chance. To Hit-1d20+10=25 Fox Fire 2- Miss Chance-1d2-1=1 Makes miss chance. To Hit-1d20+10=18
Ari Posted December 31, 2012 Author Posted December 31, 2012 DC19 Toughness save #1: 3. Fiating a reroll(3HP left for Kit): 11. Dazed, 2 Bruises and Injured. DC19 Toughness save: 1. Fiating that doesn't kill the Silver Scream, instead driving her wailing out of the theatre and back to her cinema, to haunt it once more. Her illusion drops around the exits and entryways. Out of rounds.
Ari Posted January 1, 2013 Author Posted January 1, 2013 Feel free to chat, I won't ask for it closed until you guys are done with it.
Blue Rose Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 FS: Kat's out-of-scene for good, I take it? Ari: Mind if I have the camera follow Kit home to the Vance estate for about a post to wrap things up?
Ari Posted January 11, 2013 Author Posted January 11, 2013 Sure. Then I'll write out the triumphant conclusion of the play, and request it's locking.
