KnightDisciple
For Gabriel and Victory talking about what just happened on the Day Of Wrath. No rolls anticipated, but just in case. Link to comment
KnightDisciple
Using Ultimate Bluff for an automatic 60 on his Bluff. EDIT: Sorry, should mention that he's running his "Super Charisma Mode" during this moment. Why is he bluffing? Because he knows what actually happened to Miss A in particular, but he's not telling Victory that, and I want it to be clear as day he's not. 8-) Link to comment
JackgarPrime
Oh god, now I have to remember the rules for social combat. *Scrambles for his copy of the hardcover* By the way, what the symbols basically meant were: Yes, he's recording, but it's only a personal recording, and no one on the other end will be hearing it or getting the recorded data, since he disconnected his microphone from the network. So yeah, he can leave certain systems connected to base while leaving others only local (local meaning just his internal systems), if he needs to. Link to comment
KnightDisciple
Well, does Victory have enough Sense Motive or Bluff to beat a 60? If so make the roll. If not, sadly, he totally believes the parts that aren't the whole truth (which is pretty much "The Parts About Miss Americana", everything else is the (compressed) truth). Link to comment
KnightDisciple
So, uh, something just occurred to me. If AEGIS has Gabriel's DNA on file well enough to scan it into this card-thingy...do they know his secret identity? Link to comment
JackgarPrime
I'll leave that up to you. If you decide they don't, we could just handwave it as them making it a policy not to cross-check it for League members. That and they'd have to have DNA of him that they gathered while knowing it was from his identity to have something to compare it to. But like I said, up to you. Link to comment
KnightDisciple
I would rather they not know his secret identity. I'm fine with them having confirmed "this is the hero Gabriel's DNA" with the League for security purposes or whatnot. Just not in them then knowing who Gabriel is without the mask. Link to comment
JackgarPrime
Works for me. This is one of the trickier things about playing Victory sometimes. Some heroes, understandably so, might get paranoid, or at least suspicious, about what AEGIS and by extension Victory may or may not know about them. Link to comment
