Then using the Improved Grab feat to allow him to initiate a grapple with that attack. And then he is using Move-By to carry them both up to the ceiling, seeing as how his base move is 500 with flight. And DC 30 on the Dam save. Edited August 25, 2013 by TheAbsurdist

She'll attempt to scatter Merge's to the four winds 1d20+12=24, against Merge's miss chance 1d20=3, so the core Merge is fine. Madame Marvelous was attempt a Paralyze attempt on Velocity, her attack roll is 1d20+12=26. So Velocity needs to make a will save DC 18

Thevshi Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Velocity will use the Stunning Attack feat of her Strike power on Madame Marvelous. She will Defensive Attack (-3 atk/+3 Defense (for a total of 29)). She only gets a 17, so likely missing again.

She's attempting to Fascinate Asad with a 1d20+20=35, Asad need's to resist with Bluff, Sense Motive or Will Save. Or if you want to use one his complications on this matter...
