The Liberty League and Sage try to figure out who's stealing Nazi relics. The answer? Fascist leprechauns. Yes, really. 

 

As the thread starts, odds are each hero is checking out their own possible Freedom-based cache of former Nazi belongings - dusty storehouses, old banks, mansions of the morally dubious, and so forth. Feel free to describe the scene.

All right, fighty time! The T. Rex will be represented by AA's at PL13 - ATT +7 w/ Growth, +8 Melee, DEF +8 w/ Growth (+3 Flat-Footed), TOU +18/+9, FORT +15/+11, REF +8, WILL +11, and DMG of +18. The Leprechauns - who we're likely going to be tussling with as soon as Initiative comes up - will be represented by AA's at PL12 - ATT +7 w/ Growth (+10 Melee w/ Size), DEF +7 w/ Growth (+8 w/ Size), TOU +16, FORT +14, REF +9, WILL +8, and DMG of +14.

Move-by Move Action: Drop through the skylight with Mark, deposit him out of T-Rex biting range, then rush on in for a dinosaur beat-down. 

 

Standard Action: Full power attack with bat, inspired, cosmic power array shifted to autofire.

 

The roll is a 28.  That's a DC 32 toughness plus any autofire.

Cannonade decides the best thing he can do in this situation is try to wrestle a T. rex. So he starts off with a blow, and will use Improved Grab to transition into a grapple. -5/+5 Power Attack. He makes contact, and the T. rex needs to make a DC31 Toughness save. Which it does. Oh, well. Grapple roll! Cannonade gets 39. The T. rex gets 40. Again - oh well.

Well, that last attack was pretty successful, so I think we'll do it again, but without the charge. She regenerates the bruise from the attack as well. 

 

Acrobatic Bluff, DC 32 to beat. (forgot the inspire last time!)

 

Inspired Power Attack: Ugh, it's awful! A 13

That'll hit. The Leprechaun makes its Toughness save, though.

So Cannonade versus the T. Rex. Cannonade goes for a -5/+5 Power Attack, and aims for an Improved Grab once more. That'll hit, and the T. Rex needs to make a DC31 Toughness save. The T. Rex takes another Bruise, and has its Dazed refresh. And then comes the grapple... Cannonade rolls 34, the T. Rex beats it by default.
