Anyway, EDIT:(moved this up in line) Free Action to tell Young Britannia about the weirdly familiar eyes. Also cheering her on.

 

Moving over to the little girl's parents(who can't have gotten more than 200ft. away) using Flight.

Attacking the Giant Snake with Strike, Power Attack(-3 Attack, +3 Damage): 26. Critical hit! DC29 TOU save, +5 makes it DC34!

EDIT: No, Staggered so he can't do both. Just Moving.

Right. I was a fool and forgot when it was convenient. Only one Standard or Move Action, so Heraldo will Move over to the battle site, just out of range of the Giant Snake. EDIT: Nah, right next to.

Alright, using Healing from the Banner's Array to try and Recover from the Staggered, DC10 recovery check: 23. Spectacular! Okay, now Flying off and landing in the middle of the crowd, Stunting Emotion Control 10(Extras: Area(Burst); Flaws: Limited: One Emotion(Calm))[20 PP] and using it on the crowd. Using a HP(3 left) to recover from the Fatigue condition from the Power Stunt.

 

They have to pass a DC20 Will save, or be Calmed. A terrible fate!

 

Also, taking a chance to glance around to see what the threat is.

The Crowd seemed to be funelled into one small emergency exit by some Zoo staff - and although they are getting out its a terrible crush. It appears a pretty silly thing to do, at best. 

 

The Calm will restore order, hardly any regular bystanders will make that save, and you only need to calm a critical mass to stop the crush getting dangerous. For the purposes of story, just narrate them (or, if you wish, the vast majority) being calmed.
