Ari Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 (edited) More or less that! Basic premise: The Emerald Knights send word to Gabriel asking for his help in taking care of a surprisingly tenacious bunch of villains that seem to have extraterrestrial backing. At the same time, Young Britannia is called by Great Britain's spirit to go to Ireland and defeat a terrible threat to the island's spirit. Their paths cross almost immediately, and they have to team up to defeat a massive threat to the Emerald Isle! How does that sound, and what would you two like to bring into the story? KnightDisciple Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 (edited) Gabriel is more than willing to take on a sideki-I mean, uh, temporary partner! EDIT: A couple thoughts. 1.) They should definitely contact him via the League, both since he's a member, and since they'd only know his heroic ID. 2.) There probably should be some sort of invite from, if not the Emerald Knights, then at least Ireland's spirit itself, for YB to go over there. Otherwise there could be some really awkward tension. "England goes over to fix Ireland's problems whether they like it or not' might be in-character, but would probably engender bad feelings. :-P Edited June 4, 2013 by KnightDisciple
Tiffany Korta Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 I'll make sure I don't show Gabriel up to much...
Ari Posted June 5, 2013 Author Posted June 5, 2013 "England goes over to fix Ireland's problems whether they like it or not' might be in-character, but would probably engender bad feelings. ...That is a fantastic point KD, and I apologize for not thinking of the unfortunate message in the first place. Alright, new plan! Through the Freedom League official channels the Emerald Knights contact Gabriel with a request for help with some space science-enhanced rogues of theirs. At the same time, the spirit of Eire appears before Young Britannia, charging her as a spirit of Justice with assisting her champion with a dire threat to the island. THEN they go to fight a massive evil.
