Merc 12 starts up the crane, lifting the mini-sub Glamazon used as a springboard up out of the water and level with the aft deck of the ship. Merc 9 rushes along the upper deck to the ladder down to the aft deck and looks down at the scent below. He takes a shot at Glamazon’s back, catching Glamazon by surprise (she did not hear him moving up there), he hits her with a 12. Need a toughness save, DC 18 please.

Continuing on… Merc 3, who is standing on the mini-sub that just was lifted up fires his speargun at Glamazon, missing horribly with a 6. The only active mini-sub shots a torpedo at Tsunami, who makes her Reflex save, and avoids any damage. The other merc in the water fires a speargun at Tsunami, hitting with a 20. She makes her Toughness save with a 21

The mini-sub picks up another injury. Glamazon is up!
Brown Dynamite Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 I think I'm gonna finally burn that HP to get rid of fatigued. Need that Str and Dex back. Showing off that speed she rushes to get behind Merc 9' so as to catch him withing her firing zone when she lets off another shockwave with the cone of effect producing DC 22 TOU save. 17 on the Reflex save to reduce.
Thevshi Posted September 24, 2013 Author Posted September 24, 2013 Okay, easiest way to get into position would be with a little leap up to where #9 is standing. So, you catch 5, 9 and 11, plus Natas in the lasts shockwave. Merc 5 makes his save, the other two miss. As a result, Merc 5 again makes his toughness save, 9 and 11 miss and are out! Natas misses his Reflex save and for his first toughness save his fails badly, so Hero Point to you for a reroll: and he makes it easily. Go ahead and post IC.

Natas fires another spear at her as well, also hitting with a 28. Need a DC 20 toughness save and a DC 18 Fort save (against Natas’s stun spear)

Gonna use the new HP to reroll and getting a 29...I actually would not have rerolled had I realized both saves weren't vs 23 while rolling as that number magically got in my head. Under the waves, the last active mini-sub launches another torpedo at Tsunami. Once again she makes her Reflex save and avoids any damage.

Natas shoots at her with a spear, hitting with a 26. She misses her first Toughness check, so she will use her hero point and reroll: a 16 adjusted to 26, so she is fine again. Merc 3 shoots at Tsunami as well, but misses. Merc 13 shoots at Glam, just missing with a 14.

Merc 3 shoots at her as well, totally missing with a 7. Merc 13 tries to hit Thaelia with the butt of his rifle, missing with a 8. Good round for the good guys!

She gets a 22 on her Grapple check, not her best stuff but anyways if she wins the contest she will then throw Merc 13 at Merc 12. Prompting a DC 22 TOU save from both. Another great roll for one of the mercs, but still not good enough against Tsunami’s Blast 10, so he is out.
