Show A New Hero The Ropes!

So due to real life stuff and the previous thread kind of being lost in confusion land, I'm not going to try and wait for the previous thread to complete before moving on with Amelyth.

So I was thinking a thread where 1-2 heroes from Claremont go out and help show my character the ropes or something like that. I don't feel comfortable GMing this so in the end we should have 3-4 players or something.

I'm okay with anything as long as it's related to Claremont.

Edit: Missed a "don't", funny how this changes a sentence.

Likewise. I'd be willing to throw something together for you whacky Claremont kids should you need someone to do so.

EDIT: Poke-ity poke! Still looking for a Claremont thread, or... ?

Ah sorry, cleaning up in preparation to move and stuff, been busy around here.

I'm still looking for a Claremont thread and Arich is fine for DMing and I'll trust him to come up with whatever plot he wants.

Thanks for the vote of confidence ChrisClark! I'll do my best to honor it.

So, before we start, would you like this to be set at the Academy, or just related to the school? Suspiciously appropriate school assignment, on-campus dramatics, etc...

I would like it to be the Academy purposefully setting Amelyth up with a hero or two (or three) for training purposes or something, though considering the wide background of characters people are posting interest with I'm not sure how that'll be pulled off.

Why, with Tremendous Ease of course! Mickey is also new, Sam and Tona and Elias are all more experienced but are likely seen as being in need of at least a little more socialization, and their clashing perspectives would be instructive all on its own.

I was thinking something like the lines of "You'll be joining X, Y, and Z on patrol tonight" or "You'll be joining them as they take down a base of X bag guys." or something.

Go ahead and start up the thread when you're ready.

One thing that's often forgotten: Claremont allows its students to go out and fight crime before graduation, it does not tell them to. But yeah, that works.

I will start this up today or tomorrow. Its title will be Class Gambit.
