nareik123 Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Now, in the thread "A new Day, A new Way" Dryad engaged and then subsequently got beaten up and thrown in prison. Now, might I ask a willing GM to GM a small breakout. Please?
Heridfel Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Would you be up for having this breakout involve multiple PC villains? I suspect that Icarus will end up in jail at the end of his time travel story arc, and that breakout can be done out of continuity with that story. It's just like when Marvel gets delays in their comics and publishes the return of a character before we even knew he left. Otherwise, I can run something like what you want, just for you. I find it easier to see if we can fit in multiple players, though.
nareik123 Posted April 10, 2008 Author Posted April 10, 2008 I'm fine with Dryad helping (and most likely being helped) by villains.
Nyrath Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 Exile could quite feasably supply external aid for a breakout in order to gain goodwill. Using Ritualist he could get himself an ability to communicate with those on the inside and help organise things.
MBCE Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Is this break out happening before or after the "To Be or Not To Be - Stolen!" thread? Ghost gave his word to help anyone in that group bust out of prision, so he would help in some way or other. Just let me know when it is happening in regards to timeframe.
nareik123 Posted April 14, 2008 Author Posted April 14, 2008 I would think before, owing to the fact that the cold dungeon is also surpressing Dryads desire to destroy the museum and kill everybody.
MBCE Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 I would think before, owing to the fact that the cold dungeon is also surpressing Dryads desire to destroy the museum and kill everybody. Okay. Just wanted to make sure. :)
Dr Archeville Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 Would it be okay for Dr Archeville to have a brief cameo, where he visits Dryad in jail (before her breakout) and tries reassuring her of his promise to find a way to help her?
Barnum Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 So, no refs? *Looks up at the thread* Nope, no Refs. Unless you count MBCE, Dr. A, and Heridfel. Nope . . . no Refs at all. ;)
nareik123 Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 With the tiny exception of that nobody actually said they wouldn't mind doing it.
Barnum Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 Otherwise, I can run something like what you want, just for you.
nareik123 Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 I always knew Barnum had an ace up her sleeve...
Barnum Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 I always knew Barnum had an ace up her sleeve... Actually though, now that I look closer . . . Heridfel seems to have hit a RL snag and hasn't been his usual postacular self. Give this a few more days for Heridfel to get back to normal, and if he's a "no go" we'll see if we can drum up a Ref for you. :)
nareik123 Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 Hmm, is that Dr Archville thread a coincidence? Na.
Dr Archeville Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 Sadly, it is mere coincidence, as at this time I can only devote my brain to GMing one game ("The Creeping Killer(s)" one I'm running in Hanover).
Heridfel Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 I took a bit longer of a break than I had anticipated. Surprisingly, I vacationed during my vacation, rather than making sure I remained up-to-date on my posts. That said, I rather need to catch up on things. I don't believe that I'll be able to start it tonight, but Tuesday or Wednesday should see it happening.
Heridfel Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 And away we go! Take a look here and let me know what your insidious plans are so that I can work with them.
