I don't know what's outside in terms of ledges, fire escapes, etc, so thats your call! I guess she has a high strength score to leap and climb, but her disability and complication may come into play. Lets hope its not too bad a fall!

I was thinking something a bit more slow... Climb skill? Otherwise I will see if I can stunt something with the chain throwing power (snare) a la Spiderman improvisation?

But I'll flex and let her do a climb check, only if she is using the chains at the same DC. Also, notice check, DC 20 should she succeed in the I am Not Falling off the Ledge Check.

I'm tempted to just leave her in the gutter sorry for herself for a few minutes...but any thoughts from yourself about what would work or might happen to her if she just lay there stewing things over?

Right, she has a serious problem with mobility here - so is there anything in terms of fire escapes or the like? Otherwise, I will delay action till we see what old John does!
