This is sort of a fight, but to prevent us from getting bogged down we will just text this out.

 

These 2 are PL 10, and are mostly like the Scouts...except they a.) have a bit of Teleport, and b.) are immune to Machine Control.

As discussed in chat, Miss Americana gets a Hero Point, due to being at -1 Attack/Defense/Reflex Save, due to a combination of interference/lag, and a mounting headache Gina's getting fighting through the "static".

That puts us at:

Assuming Dragonfly has time for it, she'll be scoping out the area and planning while plot happens. Hooray for unnaturally-wide attention spans.

Description:

Standing taller even than Fenris, Curator Katastrof is an imposing sight. He’s a perfect blending of the Baron’s aristocratic features with the cold otherworldliness of the Curator. His skin has a metallic sheen, and is completely flawless and hairless. His eyes are two-tone and don’t blink. In the center of his forehead is a silver circle that glows with an internal light. Around his head, just above ear level, are a series of small raised circles that meet right at the silver circle.

Over his skin, there is a layer of thick armored plates, a much darker color indicating their strength. The center of his armored chest has a triangular arrangement of three dark blue circles. His forearms bear thick gauntlets that likely have weapons stored; the same can be said of the rectangular devices mounted on his back which seem set to swing up onto his shoulders.

Over all this imposing armor, Curator Katastrof wears shimmering clothing in a dark green that vaguely reminds one of some of the Katastrof coats of arms. Simple, loose pants, an open-chested short-sleeved shirt, and a flowing cape complete the look.


Power Descriptions:

Curator Katastrof’s body is a treasure trove of advanced nanotechnology. All of the “gear†integrated into his systems is composed of purpose-built nanites that assembled themselves into solid structures.

Swarms of nanites race through his bloodstream, allowing him to tap into existing communication systems, as well as speak directly to any even moderately advanced technology. Further, more nanites move from organ to organ, system to system, ensuring that his body is kept at peak physical capacity and health.

Further nanites have attached themselves to his organs to reinforce them, boost their function, and even provide a measure of redundancy. His whole nervous system is practically coated in a layer of Neo-Silver, giving him extraordinary reaction time. His brain is even further enhanced, and now has a multitude of pre-made combat programs uploaded to it. His muscles are reinforced with carbon nanotubes, giving both greater strength and greater resilience. Further, the sheer amount of computing hardware in his brain makes him immune to external attempts to alter his emotional state, though he’s not immune to more basic mental connections.

Extruded armor plating gives him enough protection to completely ignore most small arms, and to withstand weapons fire from more powerful systems. Further, the raised circles on his head, along with his extra “eye†and the enhancements to his existing eyes, give him sensory capability far beyond a humans, giving him redundant sensing capability even in utter darkness. The fingertips of his armor plating contain reservoirs of nanites that can quickly extrude themselves into fingertip-mounted tools, allowing him to work on delicate projects without trying to wrangle a tool

His forearms bear twin-barreled Particle Projection cannons, more powerful versions of the weapons mounted on the Fenris armor. The boxes on his back can lock into place to fire a barrage of micro-missiles bearing variable-yield plasma missiles. The three circles on his chest emit a wide-area scrambler beam that often leaves targets struggling to move properly. Finally, his “third eye†not only serves as a sensor, but also as an emitter for a neural override beam that often leaves the target frozen in place.

He just wants to help humanity achieve its truest, fullest potential! To help usher them into a shining golden age, where flesh and metal become one, and mankind becomes the strongest of all the races of the stars! A world without disease, or disability, or scars, or madness, or want, or hunger, or pain! A world brought together by their newfound ability to rise above their circumstances! A Terra that reaches out to harness the full potential of first the Sol system and then, the whole Galaxy!

He does not understand why any would oppose the pending ascension of humanity into Something More, and weeps for those who do not understand. But he will not brook opposition to this Ascension. This...Synthesis of Man and Machine. Any who oppose have shown their true colors and cannot be allowed to continue threatening his plans for a shining utopia!

Miss A will use her move action to fly over to the teleporter, then perform a Disable Device check to try and shut it down. 

 

And it's a nat 20!   That makes a total of 45 on the DD check. 

 

Oh, and just in case, she'll be Interposing for Dragonfly in this fight, since much better if the robot gets nanited than the battlesuit person.

Well, she absolutely stalls any timer on the teleporter, and has put it into a "shut-down mode". By Round 3, it will be fully powered down. 

Trying to just destroy it before then may not be the best idea, though, from what she can tell. It's not "the world dies in a black hole" bad, but it would likely not be pleasant for Harrier and Dragonfly.

Right then, time for the Curator to actually, you know, act. 

 

Move Action: Gain a bit of distance from Harrier while keeping all 3 in his sights.

Free Action: All-Out Attack 5 (so Defense is now +10), then Power Attack for 5 (Attack is back to +15, base Blast DC is 35).

Standard Action: Blast (via the Twin PPCs) Harrier. Ranged Attack: 29. The to-hit DC is 17, per AA. I exceeded that by 12. With his Autofire, that means a +5 damage bonus. That means the total Toughness Save DC is 40.

Free Action to freak the hell out

Standard Action to rearrange gadgets like so:

Alrighty. Welp, with Miss A and Harrier doing quite well on raw offense, Dragonfly'll play a little support.

She activates her Master Plan; everyone has a +2 bonus for three rounds, and then +1 for one round after that, if we're still in combat by then.

She'll also stunt this off her main offense array:

Drain Toughness 11 (Feats: Extended Reach 1, Incurable, Reversible, Slow Fade 1 [1/minute]) [15pp]

She teleports over to Kurator, and - using extended reach to give herself at least some distance - hits him in the back with it.

Harrier spends an HP to recover from unconscious as a full-round action. Given his high CON, he passes the recovery check automatically. 

Given his prone position, he will surge (spending another HP to cancel the fatigue) - he will spend a move action standing up and another move to retrieve his pike.
