Okay, Ulysses is up, but still stuck in the small crater he formed.  As he is staggered, he only gets one move action or standard action each round.

Move action: Stand Up

HP for an extra Action

Free Action: Change Grue Array from Growth to Density

Full Action:  Charge and Strike the monster

Attack Roll: 1d20+12 31, if that hit it DC 25 Toughness.

And Miss Grue is at -2 defence this round.

That does hit, but the creature makes its save with a 33

Round Eleven

18 Tsunami (unharmed, fatigued, 3 HP)

14 Earth Monster (bruised 4)

9 Clover (staggered)

9 Crimson (bruised 2)

9 Tundra (bruised)

8 Ulysses (Staggered, 0 HP) - starting to recover

7 Miss Grue (bruised 3, 2 HP) -2 def till end of round

Tsunami will again Def Attack (-4 atk/+4 def), hitting with a 25, DC 26 toughness save.  The Earth creature gets a 25, so it picks up another bruise.

The Earth monster is going to focus its attention on Tsunami now, sending a targeted cone attack at her.  Tundra will use her saved action to try to counter the attack with her Earth Control.  The earth creature gets a 28 power check, while Tundra gets a 19, so the attack goes as planned.

The earth creature hits with a http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/4721313/'>27, which means Tsunami has a DC 36 toughness save due to her weakness to earth/rocks (OUCH), she gets a http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/4721314/'>16 on her first roll, will use a hero point to reroll, getting a 27, so bruised and dazed.

Clover forms a energy dome over Tsunami where she lands to protect her for the moment.

Crimson fires at the earth creature again, hitting with a 20, DC 27 toughness save, the earth creature gets a 26, so yet another bruise.

Tundra will try to set up for another counter.

The earth monster makes its saving throw.

So..

Round Twelve

18 Tsunami (bruised, dazed, fatigued, 2 HP)
14 Earth Monster (bruised 6)
9 Clover (staggered)
9 Crimson (bruised 2)
9 Tundra (bruised)
8 Ulysses (0 HP)
7 Miss Grue (bruised 3, 2 HP)

Tsunami is dazed, so she gets no action on her turn. The earth monster is going to use its targeted area cone on the twins again, with Tundra trying to counter. The earth monster once again gets a 28 on its power check, and Tundra only gets a 16.

The creature gets a 20 for the attack roll, so DC 29 toughness saves for the twins. Clover gets a 23, so is bruised and dazed. Crimson gets a 18, so she is staggered and dazed. Both are knocked quite a ways up into the air. The force wall over Tsunami fades and they both start to fall again.

Tundra will use her action to once again send up rocks to catch the twins.

It breaks free with a 48.

EDIT:  Actually, it won't break free, due to the -4 it suffers due to Ulysses' Improved Pin.  So it just misses the grapple check.

Tiff, looking at Miss Grue, she only has a base attack of +5, and all her feats are for unarmed/melee, so she would only have a +5 to hit with the ranged Mind Reading. So that would actually be a 16 with the reroll, which is a miss, but you do know that it does have a mind you can target next round with a stunted Stun attack or something else.

Round Thirteen

18 Tsunami (bruised, fatigued, 2 HP)
14 Earth Monster (bruised 6)
9 Clover (staggered, bruised)
9 Crimson (bruised 2, staggered)
9 Tundra (bruised)
8 Ulysses (0 HP)
7 Miss Grue (bruised 3, 2 HP)

Tsunami will climb back to her feet and send a water blast at the monster, missing with an 11.

So normally the tie would go to you, but I am going to fiat and allow the monster to get free, so Hero Point to Ulysses. Though it takes the monster’s entire action to free itself.

lets go back to thumping it then i guess!

Power attacking for -2/+2

1d20+6=10

eh gonna save that hp

Ulysses will zip towards the river, standing next too a rock or something to try and hurl next turn.

Round Fourteen

18 Tsunami (bruised, fatigued, 2 HP)

14 Earth Monster (bruised 6)

9 Clover (staggered, bruised)

9 Crimson (bruised 2, staggered)

9 Tundra (bruised)

8 Ulysses (1 HP)

7 Miss Grue (bruised 3, 1 HP)

Sadly that misses Tiff.

Tsunami will take two move actions this round toward the river (she cannot move all out due to being fatigued).
