trollthumper Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Cavalier and Solar Sentinel take off to rescue a stranded vessel, while Stormbreaker may be somewhat interested in those salvage rights. Meanwhile, down on Earth, Foreshadow and Sage will be dealing with some very strange assaults...
Blue Rose Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 While on her ship, Silvia's Environmental Control aura provides breathable air within 250', so the ship's approaching within that range of the cargo ship.
trollthumper Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 Awesome. The ship will have full air.
Blue Rose Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Her super sense: Accurate Auditory Sense [2], Extended 2 on all auditory senses [4], Ultra-HearingBasically, she's sonar'ing to get the topography and look for any people or evil monsters that aren't in closed off rooms.Notice:1d20+7=25
trollthumper Posted January 6, 2014 Author Posted January 6, 2014 Silvia is able to detect that the miners here - and the other ones nearby - are breathing, have steady heartbeats, and seem to be fine in that regard. They're just unconscious. There's also the thrum of something like electricity somewhere down the corridors...
Thunder King Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 For OOC purposes, Solar Sentinel is going to use his healing on one of the unconscious crew members.
trollthumper Posted January 9, 2014 Author Posted January 9, 2014 And here are the results: Nothing. Whatever "injury" might be happening here, it's not healing through Solar Sentinel's intervention. In connecting with the individual, though, he gets... something. The rest of the body's autonomic functions are working fine... but there's no spark in the brain. At all. It's as if the Lor are brain dead. But if that's the case, then how are they breathing unaided?
trollthumper Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 Need Stealth checks from Silvia and everyone who rushed to join her in this corridor.

Thunder King Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 For being a crazy fast space paragon, Henry is slooooow got a 10
trollthumper Posted February 3, 2014 Author Posted February 3, 2014 Here we go. Mi-Go: 27, Unharmed, 0 HP Solar Sentinel: 10, Unharmed, 1 HP Cavalier: 6, Unharmed, 3 HP Stormbreaker: 3, Unharmed, 1 HP The Mi-Go opens fire on Stormbreaker with the Lightning Gun, using its Stun function. That's a 22, which hits, requiring a DC20 Fort save. Solar Sentinel is up next.
Thunder King Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Gonna go with a cosmic energy blast. Got a 19 DC23 TOU save if that hits
trollthumper Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 The Mi-Go already acted and does not have Dodge Bonus denied, so the attack misses. Cavalier's turn. He moves up from cover, and opens fire with a Snare. That also misses. Dang. Stormbreaker is up next.
Blue Rose Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Blast: 1d20+10=30, crit.Toughness DC25+5=30.
trollthumper Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 The Mi-go is Bruised and Dazed. Mi-Go: 27, Bruised x1, Dazed (Stormbreaker's Action), 0 HP Solar Sentinel: 10, Unharmed, 1 HP Cavalier: 6, Unharmed, 3 HP Stormbreaker: 3, Unharmed, 1 HP Mi-Go is... as mentioned. Solar Sentinel is up next.
Thunder King Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 27! That's more like it! DC23 TOU save blast, because Henry doesn't wanna touch that
trollthumper Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 The Mi-Go makes its save. Cavalier's turn. Move Action: Feint against the Mi-Go. WELP. But somehow, the Mi-Go did worse, so it loses its Dodge Bonus. Standard Action: Open fire with Autofire. Well, at least it hits. DC25 TOU save for Mi-Go, and he makes it. Stormbreaker is up next.
Blue Rose Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Attack: 1d20+10=17 (regardless of if it's my blast or a sword attack with +2 power attack, the roll and DC are the same. On the off chance that hits, DC20 toughness.
trollthumper Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 Sadly, Cavalier doesn't have Set Up, so the attack doesn't hit. Mi-Go: 27, Bruised x1, 0 HP Solar Sentinel: 10, Unharmed, 1 HP Cavalier: 6, Unharmed, 3 HP Stormbreaker: 3, Unharmed, 1 HP The Mi-Go cranks up the gun and unleashes an electrical burst at Cavalier. It hits, and thanks to Autofire, it requires a DC26 TOU. Ouch. Reroll! That's better. Mi-Go: 27, Bruised x1, 0 HP Solar Sentinel: 10, Unharmed, 1 HP Cavalier: 6, Unharmed, 2 HP Stormbreaker: 3, Unharmed, 1 HP Solar Sentinel is up next.
Thunder King Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 (edited) 13 will -not- suffice here Hero point reroll is a go; 27 much better Edited March 10, 2014 by Thunder King

And... miss. Oh, for crap's sake!Stormbreaker is up next.
