I mean his Effective Strength is 65.  So it might be easier to punch through, but I didn't think Super Strength applied?

I have another idea on that mark for Narrative sake to explain.

Stunting off of his array to give himself some more power into Flight, and... damage the Prince's boat.

 

So... basically trying to get into the upper atmosphere to mitigate any after effects.

So, a Damage 20 Explosion, in the upper atmosphere. I am presuming you moved all out so lets say no after effects, but 4000' in the sky?

 

Toughness roll, and maybe a concentration roll for flight if you are falling!

Extra Effort for the stunt, and given that would give him 30 PP to add to flight, so realistically, he would probably stop much higher, given the air traffic, and not wanting the radiation or explosion to harm anyone.  So let's say he raises his effectively Flight to 10. With going all out, let's make it 76 miles up.  Or as far as he can before the Prince blows, so wherever you want to place them is fine.

 

Since at this point Asad will likely survive the blast and given the conceit I want out of it, he is going to try extra hard, and then pop an HP to Ultimate TOU that.  To squeak out it, as he does just what the Prince thinks he couldn't pull, and he takes all of it, but I'll give him failing the Concentration check
