Heritage Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Ah, okay! She's not listed with the other sophomores on the first page, so I didn't know; maybe we should both PM Ari so he adds us? With Shiranui and Trailblazer (assuming they're both sophomores) soon to be showing up as well, the Class of 2017 is filling out nicely! Now all we need are a few more boys!
souffle_girl Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Trailblazer is 16, so she might be either a sophomore or a junior
KnightDisciple Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) I will endeavor to catch up entries soon. Was busy with stuff not-on-the-forum this weekend. EDIT: s_g, I don't know what grade your character is in, that's something you have to decide yourself. Edited October 6, 2014 by KnightDisciple
Heritage Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 (edited) Join 2017, s_g! We're the most awesome class EVER! :D Edited October 6, 2014 by Heritage
KnightDisciple Posted October 6, 2014 Author Posted October 6, 2014 Once Trailblazer is fully approved and it's clarified which year she is in she will be added to the roster. All other newer characters added. Cho's new hero name (Rampart) added.
souffle_girl Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Trailblazer will be a junior... any girl needs a roommate?
souffle_girl Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 OK! Haukea is it... Someone wants to play an intro to Claremont for Trailblazer? She's approved now...
horngeek Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 We could always do a 'meeting the new roomie' thread.
horngeek Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Do you want to start the thread up, since it's your character being introed?
souffle_girl Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Silly question: does Claremont have cheerleaders?
Blue Rose Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Claremont only has intramural sports. There aren't a lot of super high schools running around to compete with, and having young superheroes competing with mundanes isn't fair or wise. What that means for the prospects of a cheer squad? My guess is probably not.(But if there is one, Sam would totally be a cheerleader. )
horngeek Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 And Haukea would probably be the one taking part to meet cute girls.
souffle_girl Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Angie would be the one giving them a bad time. Because being a cheerleader is too mainstream...
horngeek Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Okay, idea! We've got four, soon to be five, new characters coming into Claremont, and one untaken hero team... So, possibility of having Shiranui, Miracle Girl, Endeavor, Samaritan and Trailblazer form the new Young Freedom team. Thoughts?
EternalPhoenix Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Hell, I'm in. It's even a reversal of the Smurfette principle.
Heritage Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Hell yeah, I'm down! Reminds me if Excalibur back in the early days.
Tiffany Korta Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Yeah Young Freedom came up when I was planning a Claremont team and basically came down to the fact that you'd have to claim it from the previous owners. If you want I'm happy for you to form you own Next Gen team, Team C technically, I always planning on a large rotating roster.
horngeek Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) Well, I brought it up last night in chat... I'd want some more discussion of this, but apart from anything else, I'd prefer the two teams structure- if nothing else, because how else will there be rivalry? And on another level, this is probably going to form more spontaneously than Next-Gen has, at least on an IC level if we do so- four of the 'members' are already going to be in a thread together. So, it fits that they'd be different from Next-Gen. Edited November 15, 2014 by horngeek
