Free Action: Switch Kinetic Blades to Twin Blades configuration (the Autofire BP). Move Action (Part 1): Move up next to remaining Snake Cultist. Standard Action: Melee Attack. Take 10. Base DC is 20, plus Autofire if applicable. Move Action (Part 2): End up next to the Cobra Mech (He has Move-By Action, hence the split move action.) Switching to the Flashbang AP, going for the mech. TNTeen's ranged attack, vs Cobra Mech's Def. (1d20+7=25) No improved Crit on this build, unfortunately. But that's a DC 21 Ref save to avoid being Blind + Deaf. Link to comment

Tsunami will Power Attack, -2 attack/+2 damage, likely hitting with a 25. That is a DC 27 attack. Link to comment

Also remember that they all have to be within 5 of that highest DC, another reason to notate it the way I did for the sake of clarity.
