There's no point even rolling. It can't beat that. So that's 1 move out of the 5 needed. But! Impervious Toughness 6 is one shy of being enough to no sell touching what's more or less living electricity. So, DC 21 Toughness check. Also post away the moving. And then it'll be Errant's turn for a while.
