No, the -4 to attack is from the effects of Zero Gravity.

Herp, right, sorry.

EDIT: Also I reread the last action with him and it looks like they tried to be sneaky-sneaky since it's dark.

But he could just fly after them, and with his Echolocation he can "see" in pitch black conditions, so unless they scuttled into vents or something he can just waste one of them after going through the doorway.

Okay, the last antibody near Gabe will attack him, missing with a 10.

The one that attacked Tiamat last turn attacks her again, hitting with a 21. DC 20 Fort save for Tiamat Fox.

So now it is:

Round Six

52 Velocity (unharmed, 4 HP)
25 Fleur de Joie (bruised, 4 HP)
19 Gaian Knight (unharmed, 5 HP)
19 Boarding party 4 (2 minions on Fleur, 2 minions on Gaian)
19 Boarding party 10
17 Boarding party 13
14 Gabriel (bruised, 2 HP)
10 Boarding party 1 (fighting Gabriel, 1 left - minion)
10 Boarding party 9 (Tiamat, Comrade Frost there, 4 left)
8 Boarding party 2
7 Tiamat (bruised, dazed on Round 5)
3 Comrade Frost (unharmed, 3 HP)

Velocity will start down the central core and along the way, spot a pair of antibodies that were trying to lay in wait. She will a barrage of steel ball bearings flying at one at hypersonic speeds (Rapid Fire), using Power Attack (-2 atk/+2 dam): missing with a 17.

The two antibodies use their readied actions to propel themselves at her (standard action charge +2 at/-2 def): but neither come anywhere near hitting her.

Fleur is up!

Don't mind me, I'm just going to be over here hating everything. Using extra effort for another  action, spending a hero point to clear fatigue, throwing the snare again. DC 25.

Welp. Especially with the attack penalty, it looks like it's time for....MOAR AREA ATTACKS!

As before, so now: DC23 Reflex, DC28 Toughness.

The two Antibodies fighting Velocity attack on their normal turn, the first tries to aid the other: failing with a 9. The other makes an attack: missing with a 9 as well.

Not really enough for a GM post with this, so Gabe is up!

The antibody fails its toughness save.

Fox, Tiamat is up, but still dazed. She does get another Fort save, +1 to the roll to recover (DC 20). If she makes it, she can act.

Fortitude Save vs. Dazed, DC20 (+1 cumulative bonus) (1d20 + 10 + 1=15)

....baaaah, ridiculous. For the sake of her ego, I'll hero point to reroll - which she can't possibly fail.

GK loses 1HP.

EDIT: scratch the poor idea that was previously here, just saw the last bit of the IC post.

Tiamat will, possibly unwisely, breathe fire down toward where the antibodies are/were. Rank 8 cone attack, fire, DC18 Reflex for half / DC23 toughness vs. damage if anything's caught in it, and hopefully it'll shed some light on their enemies (or their absence).

How fortunate that Frost is nearby and won't be caught in the attack.

The flames wash over the interior walls of the Lighthouse, which make their toughness save.

The light does not reveal any sign of the other antibodies, but there are some torn open panels of the walls a short distance away.
