Thevshi Posted March 16, 2015 Author Posted March 16, 2015 Okay, they cannot beat that acrobatic bluff, so one near Coiled is flat footed. The two Foreshadow hits miss their saves: 15 and 11 and are down. No other near enough for takedown. Coiled Lightning is up!
ca_lazerdwarf Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Will take a 10 to try to take these out. 18 to hit and DC 21, starting with the one Foreshadow left flatfooted.
Thevshi Posted March 17, 2015 Author Posted March 17, 2015 So that first one goes down. But the second makes its toughness save. So, as I took YB a bit out of order we are on to the needle fighters. One takes a shot at Stella: hitting with a 24, she makes her toughness save with a 26. Another takes a shot at YB, missing with a 16 One needle fighter strafes the ground, aiming at Professor Chiron, missing with a 12 Another strafes at Ulysses, just hitting with a 17 due to Ulysses' charge last round. That is a DC 25 toughness save. Professor Chiron will take a shot at the needle fighter that shot Ulysses, hitting with a 28. But the needle fighter makes its toughness save.
Exaccus Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 1d20+12=18 Gonna re roll it, too early to be getting dazed i feel. 1d20+12=16+10=26
Exaccus Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Sticking with what works ulysses will continue clobbering ground forces and trust in his allies to deal with the flying ones, not charging this time however he'll just move up and try to make the most of it, taking 10.
Thevshi Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 Okay, you are able to reach a pair of antibodies attacking some UNISON troops, first one misses its toughness save, the second one makes it.
Thevshi Posted March 23, 2015 Author Posted March 23, 2015 Round Four 25 Antibodies 22 Stella d’Argento (unharmed) 18 Foreshadow (unharmed, 1 HP) 16 Coiled Lighting (unharmed, 0 HP) 16 Young Britannia (bruised, 2 HP) 15 Communion needle fighters 13 Professor Chiron (unharmed) 1 Ulysses (unharmed, 0 HP) Two antibodies go after Foreshadow, first uses the aid action: succeeding, so the next gets a +2 on its attack roll: managing to hit with a 25! DC 23 toughness save for Foreshadow. Another goes after Coiled Lightning: missing with a 15. The one that stood up to Ulysses goes after him, hitting with a 21, a DC 23 Fort save for Ulysses.
Thevshi Posted March 23, 2015 Author Posted March 23, 2015 That will be a bruise and dazed. Stella takes 10 to shot another needle fighter, which misses its save and blows up. Foreshadow is up! (After his toughness save!)
Brown Dynamite Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Tou Save (DC23): 1d20+6 8 Well, probably best to not be unconscious Spending an HP to Improve Roll. Tou Save (DC23); Improve Roll: 1d20+6 12 + 10 = 22 Bruised x1 Taking 10 to Defensive (-3 Atk/ +3 Def) Power (+2 Dmg / -2 Atk) Attack with the Autofire Escrima Sticks (DC20 Toughness)
Thevshi Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 The first antibody misses toughness save. Assuming you will takedown the second: it makes its save.
ca_lazerdwarf Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Attacking the last one near CL with a take 10, DC21. If that works, move to support Foreshadow.
Thevshi Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 The first one goes down. You are close enough to Foreshadow that you do not need to move to attack the one attack him. That one goes down as well.
Tiffany Korta Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Shall spend a HP to stunt an area attack from Light Control Blast 7 (70ft range, 175 ft radius Feats: Increase Area 2 Extra: Area (Burst, General)) [23 PP] Shall try to get as many as she can without hitting our own side.
Thevshi Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 I will say that you are able to catch 10 of them that are flying down in the area attack, as that is the location with no friendlies. They get Reflex saves to try to halve the damage: three make it. So 7 have DC 22 toughness saves, the other 3 have DC 19 saves. DC 22: only three miss from this group. DC19: only one misses the save. So, four are destroyed out of the ten.
Thevshi Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 YB’s little stunt will draw the attention of two needle fighters that survived the blast, but they both miss Another fires on Stella: hitting with a 27! Stella gets a 17 on her toughness save, so it bruised and dazed and starting to fall toward the ground! Prof Chiron will charge over to help Ulysses, taking 10 to hit an antibody, which goes down from the attack.
Brown Dynamite Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Would Stella be within possible catching distance assuming switching to the Swing Line of course? Or is she closer to the Ulysses and Chiron? Or far enough from the ground to not worry about such things as if she'll go splat soon?
Thevshi Posted March 30, 2015 Author Posted March 30, 2015 Right now she is too high for it to be a concern, if not attacked again, she should recover from the daze and steady herself, or YB can catch her.
Brown Dynamite Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Alright then. Time to be back to back bada**es Assuming there are actual Antibodies nearby and we don't have to move in closer to one, shall fight the urge in having to figure out how combined attack works with Takedown Attack and just going for the Foreshadow standard of, Standard Action: Taking 10 for a Defensive (-3 Atk/+3 Def) Power (-2 Atk/ +2 Dmg )Attack with his Autofire Escrima Sticks (DC20).
Thevshi Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 Okay, before we get to that: Round Five 25 Antibodies 22 Stella d’Argento (bruised, dazed) 18 Foreshadow (bruised, 0 HP) 16 Coiled Lighting (unharmed, 0 HP) 16 Young Britannia (bruised, 1 HP) 15 Communion needle fighters 13 Professor Chiron (unharmed) 1 Ulysses (bruised, dazed, 0 HP) Two antibodies move in to engage Foreshadow: First using aid: makes it, second one attacks: missing with an 11. Another antibody comes in to attack Coiled Lightning, and misses. On the other side, one attacks Professor Chiron: missing with a 13. Another attacks Ulysses, hitting with a 26, so DC 18 Fort save for Ulysses.
Exaccus Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 1d20+10=14 -1 (dunno if i apply the bruise to fort saves.) =13
Thevshi Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 For this sort of Fort save the bruise is not applied. But still this results in Ulysses being dazed once more, this time needing a fort save to recover. So, for Foreshadow’s attack: the first antibody misses its toughness save, but the second makes it. Coiled Lightning is up!
