Folkert Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 I do have a caveat, though: this coming up week is my last week of classes, and the following Monday is my final exam. This is for the last class I need to finally earn my BA, so my presence here will dip a bit as I study my butt off for it. That fateful day is drawing near and I wanted to use the opportunity to wish you all the best and success for the exam!!! Folkert
nareik123 Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Good luck Doctor A. Why don't you invent a laptop built into your eyebrows, and access it with your tiny brow hair, so a holographic projection with all the answers only you can see is projected onto the paper? Or maybe I need to lay a bit back on the coca cola.
Barnum Posted April 28, 2008 Posted April 28, 2008 I'd pay good money to see Dr. A. waggle his eyebrows to activate his tiny eyebrow computer. :)
Dr Archeville Posted April 28, 2008 Posted April 28, 2008 I'd pay for that, too. Though I'd rather have the eyebrow computer that causes earthquakes and makes me look demonic Or a Universal Translator. And thank you all for the good wishes :) :)
Dr Archeville Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Test went... alright. Some parts were fairly easy. A few were very difficult. And on many I kept second-guessing myself. No idea when the final grades will be in, so now I've got the stress of that unknown looming over me. But, there's nothing I can really do about it at this point.
Barnum Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 I'm sure you did great!
Dr Archeville Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 I are an college graduate! After twelve long years (mostly taking one course a semester), I've finally earned my BA in English (focus on language, writing and rhetoric)! :)
Veiled Malice Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Let me be the first to congratulate you, good sir! Join me at the table of collegians and we will point and laugh at all of the plebeians who remain ignorant! (Try to imagine me with a really upper-crust accent as you read the above )
Barnum Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 As one who is likely to never graduate from college . . . I feel significantly snubbed. Well done. :D
