Heritage Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 Very cool! Here is a partially translated version of the page, courtesy of Google. Looks like the model I would use for Grim, the Mirim(?), is not available yet
Master_Pelle Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Which is incredibly awesome. He needs a ball and chain. I have thought about if he should have it but it don´t real suit in his concept as paragon thug. But this time I made improved of Reflexion´s custome.

Heritage Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 Man I find this program fun yet infuriating; for instance, I could not for the life of me find skin tone anywhere, so I had to do it myself in Photoshop. Other than fact that she looks like she has a mild case of jaundice and the gloves are a bit off, this is pretty darn close to how I see Grim (albeit shorter):
Barnum Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Man I find this program fun yet infuriating; I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm going to give it a rest for a bit and then come back to it one more time. I may just get the frame I want and color it myself.
Kavos Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 Man I find this program fun yet infuriating; for instance, I could not for the life of me find skin tone anywhere, so I had to do it myself in Photoshop. I was playing around with it the other day and discovered you can change the skin colour in the first tab, on the right hand side, the tab that changers the body type (fur/crystal/bone ext) just click on that tab, and than you can change there skin colour. ;)

Ah, but of course! Thanks for the tip, think I'll take another stab at Grim tonight.
Warmonger Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Alright. Finally got something I like. Normal http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y49/sp ... Normal.jpg And Villain http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y49/spyger/Ronin.jpg
eyeonthemountain Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Heromachine is good. I've used it many time myself.
Bendigeidfran Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 I've been on the site for a while now, and found that they have rebooted a few things. The figure is facing forwards now, you can change the physical features, normal, thin, small or teen now. You can't use the Brute build. You can have more than capes on the back. And it's in English now. Wish I knew how to post pictures on this forum.
Dr Archeville Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 Where's the English? Following the link in the original post of this thread, I still just see the Portuguese.
Bendigeidfran Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 In the bar above the picture when you get to building your hero, you can see the Portuguese flag and the American flag next to it in small circles.
Shadowboxer Posted February 8, 2009 Author Posted February 8, 2009 It appears that the DCAU generator was taken down recently. Most likely a copyright issue. That's really too bad, I enjoyed designing characters with it. Does anyone know of another generator that makes characters in the DCAU style?
N/A Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Worked just fine for me a minute ago. Looks like the site got a facelift, though.
Shadowboxer Posted February 24, 2009 Author Posted February 24, 2009 Worked just fine for me a minute ago. Looks like the site got a facelift, though. That's what I meant: the DCAU generator was taken down and replaced with a different one. Is the DCAU generator still on the site somewhere?
Bendigeidfran Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 I discovered yet another thing: They've added guitars and wrenches to it. Not to mention bazookas.
