With Gretchen looking to become Grim's Sidekick, this means fewer hands minding the store on a regular basis, which means one thing: Lynn's hiring! If any PCs, especially recent or soon-to-be Claremont grads, are looking for a job with built-in story hooks, please note the ad below:

Silberman's Books is looking for part-time help over the summer, with the potential for full-time employment after 90 days. We're a friendly neighborhood used bookstore and cafe in the West End, and we want you to join our team! Good pay and benefits, excellent job for students. Cafe and/or retail experience prefered. Contact Lynn Epstein.

Yeah, we don't a flood of super-employees; in fact, it's a made-up store, so it's not like staffing is an actual problem :p

I just thought if there was a player who wanted to give their character a job with free hooks, the offer is out there!

She was actually the character who made me think of starting this thread, though it looks like she could give Gretchen a run for her money on poor customer service :D

Samantha Lawrence is wanted for parole violation, but we can probably figure something out, and I like the idea of her getting a job. Maybe she can actually start helping Miras with the rent instead of just lying on the couch and taking up space.

Believe it or not, if Sam is completely honest with Lynn, she would everything she could to help her; Lynn lived on the street for four years by panhandling, so she would sympathize.

I think Lynn would feel more comfortable with a legal adult, which in NJ means 18. Now after January 2016, Lynn would be happy to bring on Sakurako, so maybe next summer?

Errant has 'used record store employee' written all over him! For now, I think I'm just gonna stick with Starlight, but I appreciate the interest!
