For the sake of story, I will say that causes her TK forcefield to go down, and as she gets slammed to the ground below, she is then knocked out!

Results 1d20+7: 8 [1d20=1] That... that... Rerolling that! Results 1d20+7: 18 [1d20=11] LITERALLY the worst roll it could possibly be.

I will say you get a +2 circumstantial bonus to hit, so you hit her. She gets a 24 on her toughness save, so is bruised and dazed! You can go ahead and make a post with her teleporting near Pheydyn to try to grab him and port away and you blasting her.
