What is the scale of the Freedom City map? Is it something like one cm to a mile?

Actually, it's more like several miles per cm. In the book, they've got sections of a much more detailed map, and there it's one per cm. So, just guessing, I'd say the map on the site is 10 miles per.

But that's a pretty rough guess.
