As that's technically an attack roll, you get a +5 on the Opposed Grapple, which means the Wrackhand needs to make a DC45. Which... really, this is just a matter of formality. As it has Immunity to Fort effects, it does not need to save or die just yet. Oracle: 28, Unharmed, 2 HP Harrier: 15, Unharmed, 4 HP Cannonade: 11, Bruised x1, 5 HP Wrackhand: 3, Bruised x2, Disabled, Bound, Helpless, Dazed (Harrier's Action), 0 HP Cannonade takes a swing at the bound Wrackhand, and manages to hit. The Wrackhand needs to make a DC26 TOU save; it makes a 19, taking another Bruised and having its Daze refresh. Oracle: 28, Unharmed, 2 HP Harrier: 15, Unharmed, 4 HP Cannonade: 11, Bruised x1, 5 HP Wrackhand: 3, Bruised x3, Disabled, Bound, Helpless, Dazed (Cannonade's Action), 0 HP The Wrackhand has just been wrecked, so for a psychic entity of the further ends of the Terminus, it's just staying put right now. Oracle is up next.

As the target is still Grappled, it takes damage from TK as a power, not as an attack with a STR score, so that's a DC25 TOU save. Which it succeeds on. Caradoc is up next.
