Aside from a normal arrows, Harvey has a few tricks of his sleeve.History:Harvey's parents were shot and killed by a couple of gangsters shortly after he was born, which resulted in Harvey being raised primarily by his grandmother. Unfortunately, Harvey's grandmother was not very wealthy, and she was forced to raise Harvey in a rough residential area in Freedom City. Despite his hars surroundings and the tragic circumstances of his parents' death, Harvey developed into a genuinely well-adjusted teenager, managing to avoid the vices readily available in his neighbourhood and maintaining a close relationship with his loving grandmother. When he was young, Harvey was diagnosed with ADHD. He often struggled with school growong up, though he was able to work hard enough to earn passing grades in all of his classes. To assist him with improving his concentration, Harvey's grandmother often took him out to the archery range. Not only was Harvey a natural with the bow and arrow, but the range was one of the few places he was able to truely concentrate. While Harvey did not fall into one of the many potential pitfalls of growing up in Sherwood, he was able to notice and understand them. He realized that the people in his neighbourhood needed more than help, they needed hope. From a young age, Harvey was always a huge fan of superheroes. Posters of his favorite heroes covered his bedroom wall, and Harvey was even able to hunt down several famous heroes and ask them for their autograph. Harvey himself desperately wished for powers of his own, but he never became anything extraordinary.Everything clicked together when Harvey was sixteen. Searching through hia grandmother's basement, Harvey found a high-tech bow, complete with a large supply of arrows, both mundane and "tricked out". When he later questioned his grandmother about his discovery, she finally gave him the truth.Harvey's parents had been killed by gangsters, but the killing had not been random. Harvey's parents had both been superheroes, and one unlucky day, they had both been killed in action. While Harvey's mother had possessed powers, his father possessed none. Instead, Harvey's father had fought against the forces of evil with nothing but his trusty bow and arrow, and now Harvey was compelled to do the same. For two years, Harvey lived a double life. During the day, he was an ordinary teenager going to school. During the night, Harvey was Vulcan, the newest hero on the block. Harvey had chosen his name purposely to throw people off. He figured that if his name had nothing to do with his actual abilities, then he would be able to survive villains when they tried to take him on. Before long Harvey found himself leading a small group of other small-time teenaged heroes. They called themselves Omega Force, but it never really caught on.Eventually Harvey and the other members of Omega Force graduated. The team went through a mutual parting of ways when all the other members decided to move on to university in an attempt to live a real life. Unfortunately for Harvey, he had no real life to move on to. Opting to continue his career as a superhero, Harvey moved out of his apartment, grabbed a part-time job, and became a full-time superhero.Personality & Motivation: Powers & Tactics:(In-character descriptions of how they do what they do)Complications:Abilities: 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 = 0PPStrength: 10 (+0)Dexterity: 10 (+0)Constitution: 10 (+0)Intelligence: 10 (+0)Wisdom: 10 (+0)Charisma: 10 (+0)Combat: 0 + 0 = 0PPInitiative: +0Attack: +0 Melee, +0 RangedGrapple: +0Defense: +0 (+0 Base, +0 Dodge Focus), +0 Flat-FootedKnockback: -0Saving Throws: 0 + 0 + 0 = 0PPToughness: +0 (+0 Con, +0 [Other])Fortitude: +0 (+0 Con, +0)Reflex: +0 (+0 Dex, +0)Will: +0 (+0 Wis, +0)Skills: 0R = 0PP[skill] [# of Ranks] (+[Total Bonus])[skill] [# of Ranks] (+[Total Bonus])[skill] [# of Ranks] (+[Total Bonus])Examples:Craft (Structural) 5 (+5)Skill Mastery -- would be used for someone with 5 ranks in the skill and a +0 Int modifier, and the Skill Mastery feat for that skill.Knowledge (Technology) 8 (+10)Second Chance -- would be used for someone with 8 ranks in the skill and a +2 Int modifier, and had the Second Chance feat for that skill.Languages 2 (English, French [Native], German) -- would be used for someone who speaks those three languages, but learned French first.Notice 5 (+4) -- would be used for someone with 5 ranks in the skill and a -1 Wis modifier.Feats: 0PP[Feat Name][Feat Name][Feat Name]Examples:Accurate AttackDodge Focus 2Equipment 2 (10EP)Luck 2Equipment: XPP = 5*XEPName (power breakdown, if applicable) [XEP]Examples:Gas Mask [1EP]Sword (Damage 3 [Feats: Improved Critical, Mighty]) [5EP]Undercover Vest (Protection 3 [Feats: Subtle]) [4EP]Note: The Equipment block is only applicable if your character has the Equipment feat!Powers: 0 + 0 + 0 = 0PPPower Name Rank (Descriptive Name; Extras: ???, ???, Flaws: ???, ???, Feats: ???, ???, Drawbacks: ???, ???) Avenger Assembled
Hey Moheep, this looks like a good start to a sheet - but you should keep WIP sheets in Character Building. I hope you keep working on this; I like what I see so far! Link to comment
