Downtime

Move Action: Activate Time-Belt

Standard Action: Unarmed Attack vs Echo: 1d20+12 26

That's a DC 27 Toughness Save for Buffy right off the bat! Also, while Downtime is effectively invisible to normal vision while using his belt she can still figure out his general position using her Temporal Awareness. That sense isn't Accurate, however, so we'll call it Concealment with a 50% chance to miss.

Alright, that's a Bruise! And she gets an HP right back for her Secret Identity complication.

59 - Downtime - Uninjured

20 - Echo - Bruised x1, 1HP

6 - Wildcard - Uninjured, 5HP

Echo is up once I post IC.

Sparkler is stunting off her Sun array, which leaves her with few options for fighting, but really good hiding!

Concealment 10 (all senses, Extra: Attack [+0], PFs: Close Range, Selective, Flaw: Passive) [12/20PP]Concealment 4 (visual) [8PP]

Move action: Teleport up to Wildcard

Standard action: Superfast Fists vs. Wildcard (DC 23): 1d20+12 30

That's an 18 on the die. She has Improved Critical 2 as a PF, so assuming it hits, it's a critical hit (huzzah!). She'll make it Increased Effect, knocking the damage up to +13. So that's a DC 28 Toughness save, plus any from Autofire.

She'll then use Turnabout to teleport again, into the middle of the street behind the two bad guys.

Damn the luck! That's a whopping DC 30 Toughness Save for Buffy. I'll hold off on Downtime's actions until Raina has a chance to decide what to do.

That's another DC 27 Toughness Save for Echo but Wildcard is down to 3HP. Buffy has the option of spending her HP to clear the Daze or passing the turn. Raina should be able to see what's going on, meanwhile, thanks to Vince's CCTV feed.

Oof, lousy luck. Alright, I'll get an IC post up and once again pause the fight so we can check back in which Sparkler.

All right, time for Raina to join this fight, and may God have mercy on our souls. She's dropping the concealment on herself and the kids, opening the window, and shooting out a fireball at Wildcard. She rolls a 29. That's a DC 25 toughness check.

Merlin will be using Skill Mastery and Computers to work on getting VINCE working again. That's a 28 Computers check.

Edit: Raina will also use her Moon Array disguise power to make herself look more intimidating before she opens the window, because it makes her feel brave.

Alright! Meanwhile, Merlin's work is successful in so much as it forces Wildcard to reflexively spend another HP to prevent the cannons from coming online. Merlin can act at the same time as Raina for convenience; a Craft [Electronics] check will be needed to replace the burnt out components!

Go ahead with an IC post, then Downtime is up.

Downtime rushed into the building and will be inside the apartment next round. Echo is up!

Merlin will use his Skill Mastery to make the Craft Electronic check and replace the components, that is a DC 28. His move action will be to hide himself so that Downtime is unlikely to take notice of him while he's finishing his work.

Raina is going to open the big window and get the children out with the help of her broom. She will spend an HP for an extra move action if necessary to open the window, pick up the children, and fly out the window, angling up to take them out of reach and sight of the window.
