Merlin will continue to assist Vince in activating and using the HQ's defenses. Raina's move action will take her to the roof across the street, where she and the girls can hover out of reach, but not fall far in case Wildcard still has something up his sleeve that can disrupt powers.

She has the appropriate Challenge feat, so she can do it as a move action with no penalty. She'll also use Skill Mastery to take 10 on the Acrobatics check, making it a 32. Standard action: Superfast Fists vs. Wildcard: 1d20+14 31. Damage is +8 plus Autofire, as always.
