History:

 

Born thousands of light-years away on the distant planet of Xenon; Xem-Tal-Su was the youngest of the great Xem’s descendants, genetically engineered from birth to serve as a warrior of Her people, but fate, as it often does, Intervened; Xenon’s sun, a large red star called Xernus became (rather suddenly) Unstable and xenon and her people doomed to be consumed in the resulting supernova; Fortunately For Su, her father being a high general of Xenon’s Military had access to a prototype Infiltration vessel, bearing the first functioning wormhole generator and so was his daughter spared the fate of billions of her kind, cast out into the sea of stars on a voyage towards a potential colony world, the journey was a long staggered one, short jaunts in wormhole corridors broken up by long sub light flights between suitable points till at last the vessel reached the small blue planet earth.

 

 

 

Olsen and Lana Perman, both second generation American Indians, had never expected much excitement from their quiet life of farming in Oklahoma, the pair were on their way home from a sombre visit to the local doctor, the news of their inability to bear children weighed heavily on their hearts, though not so heavily that they failed to notice the flaming meteorite crash into one of their outlying fields with such force it levelled every stalk of wheat in a hundred meters and gouged a deep trench through their land.

 

After making successful earth fall the infiltrator spacecraft ran its subroutine and scanned the area for the dominant form of life, noting the two humanoids rapidly approaching it in a primitive combustion vehicle it quickly catagorized the natives as primitive and as such carried on the appropriate protocol; quickly scanning  their DNA and changed its occupants to match them cosmetically.

 

After the flash of bright white light had subsided Olsen cautiously approached the crashed object, no mere meteorite, it was a silvery orb engraved with intricate patterns glowing dimly with violet light, even inspite of his fear and caution he found himself unable to resist the temptation to reach out and touch the mysterious, beautiful object.

 

Detecting the handprint of one of the scanned aliens the ship opened, peeling back segmented plates like a blooming flower to reveal the child within, a girl, barely 6 months old lay sleeping atop a purple pad, moulded to support her fragile bones, shivering slightly in the cold winter sunlight.

 

Sue Perman was raised as a human among humans for 18 years by her loving adopted parents, her true heritage remaining Unrevealed even to this day, having her powers explained away as simply being on account of being a T-Baby by her nervous parents, though easily able to tell the falsehood she trust they will reveal the truth to her when they’re ready; but time waits for no-one and so pursuing her dream of becoming a scientist she has moved to freedom city to pursue the opportunity to study under the many great geniuses that call it their home.

 

Personality & Motivation:

 

Eternally curious, Sue perman questions everything, always eager to learn despite her lack of innate talent for it and hampered by battle instincts she mistakes for ADHD, she truly believes in the good inside everyone, even if its not immediately evident.

 

She has a great empathy for people and is often driven to acts of reckless heroism by cries for help, wails of the suffering and (rather cautiously) prayers for intervention in matters that people cannot manage themselves; This has lead her to become a Buddhist

 

Powers & Tactics:
Sue has a vast array of powers and prefers to ply them all to situations to gauge their effectiveness before rushing in swinging for the fences, through if all else fails it makes a rather nice back up to her gale force breath, Heat vision, or less direct applications of her incredible might.

 

 Power Descriptions:

Her heat vision emanates two thin beams of coherent purple energy that strikes the focal point of her vision, converging at 50ft range.

 

Complications:
 

Rock Shop: In addition to her life threatening vulnerability to Daka crystals (of which she is currently unaware) other similarly estoric minerals may have other various effects, causing physical and mental changes to her without saves, these should always be detrimental or at least humorous!

 

Secret: Sue would rather her heroing and her private life stay very separate, in truth whilst she enjoys helping people greatly it is very stressful and time as an ordinary person helps to keep her from snapping.

 

Responsibilities: To support and protect her adoptive parents, to attend her nightly courses and part time job at the local Doughnut Store (Mon, Wed, Thurs. afternoon.)

 

Alien Phisiology: due to her true nature as a alien she may have Allergies and weaknesses of which she is unaware, though these should be hindering they should not be life threatening.

You might get more bang for your buck if you array the Blast off your enhanced strength rather than super senses as it's pretty rare that you end up wanting to do punching and blasting in the same round and keeping your senses up tends to be more useful often.  Not sure why you skipped out on the poison/disease immunities from life support (and the math seems off there too) but with an average Fort save for a PL 10 and no immunity he's shockingly vulnerable to knockout gas/drops/darts etc. for a paragon and one would think alien physiology and all he'd be less vulnerable to such things.
