Oh whoops. Forgot about the +10. Anyways, let's just try to stop this van for now. I'm gonna go for a True Dragon Claw on the van. Just a damage check if I'm not mistaken. So going to Power Attack as well for a -2. So DC 29 versus van.

Actually, vehicles have defense, so there would be an attack roll.  But, I will let you Take 10 (although you cannot use a power attack and hit (you need an 18 to hit even when Taking 10).

The van gets a 28 on its toughness save and is undamaged.

Okay GO, I am going to fiat this with the van getting away after Eternal gets shaken loose (for no damage), so you will earn a HP.

My inclination for Dr Warp is to find out what was stolen then go to Club Ice, but not set on it. giving chase?

Yeah, that is more than enough to know about it.  

Club Ice is a fairly popular nightclub in the nearby Theater District.  Being a Tuesday night, it is not open tonight.  There are also rumors that the club might be operated by the mob.

I think heading to Club Ice, now that we know that Bonfire knows about it, would be the better plan. Going after the van might alert any people there that we're coming.

Would you like us to roll Perception checks now that we're looking through the window?

I was waiting for you to make an IC post GO.  In any event, Perception checks won't help, as the windows are painted shut (unless someone has a supersense I am forgetting).
