While Psyche's doing that, GK's going to fly down a little and throw up some (hopefully unnecessary) walls - basically blocking off anything he can that won't trap civilians between a wall and Mr. Boils. They'll be Toughness 13, and ~2 stories tall, built through and between buildings where he can since Mr. Boils clearly isn't phased by mundane architecture.

Velocity will attack with her Rapid Fire, getting a 37 on the attack roll.  That is a autofire attack, base DC 25 toughness save, plus whatever autofire adds.


She will then move several blocks back in the direction he had initially been, but still within visual sight of him.

Fleur is going to teleport in right near where the guy is about to land, and she's gonna lay a big plant snare for him. That's her regular snare power:   Snare 20 (entangling vines, PFs: Indirect 3, Obscures Senses 3 [Visual + Audio], Reversible, Subtle)

 

She rolls the attack, it is bad, spending an HP to reroll, it is still lousy, but it is a 23.

Tiamat will land at melee range (albeit the edge of her melee range), and ready an action to swat the guy if he breaks free.
