The Collision, that hits easily: Damage bonus of +6, so both are out.

The five left to endure it make their collective saving throw still(!) wearing their night-vision goggles, which will double the length of time a Dazzle affects.

Dex save vs DC16: And they do not make it. Dazzled again.

Next round:

The Scarpians fire blindly, hurting nobody by some miracle.

The Chopper, meanwhile, opens fire with its Gatling gun. Every attack is a Power Attack, +3/-3. Misses, chews up the road around Osla.

Osla is up.

Another barrage of blindfire, this time with the gunmen swinging around in ways actually very perilous for the people most likely cowering indoors. Reflex check of 10 to kick the stray asphalt chunks lying at Arrowhawk's feet into them, throwing them off. If attempted singly, no penalty but only three interventions can be made. If one cumulative check for the group, DC increases to 15 and a -2 penalty is imposed.

Using Attack counts as an automatic success, but invokes your Complication for Ammo.

Meanwhile, The Chopper lifts up and back and Aims. It loses its Dodge Bonus, and next round will be able to launch an attack with a +4 bonus to hit.

Arrowhawk's move.

Osla fears nothing. Reflex save to avoid suppressing fire: 1d20+8 18

Standard Action: POWER STUNT off her bow array: Nullify 6 (one power of the 'gun' descriptor, Extras: Duration - Sustained [+2], Independent [+0]) [18PP]. So she makes an attack roll, followed by an opposed power check. Hoo boy. She's also going to use that +2 Aim bonus to off-set Power Attacking for 2.

Aim the ice arrow: 1d20+11 22

Nullify the gun using ice: 1d20+8 10 Bah. Throw a HP into it.

MAXIMUM EFFORT: 1d20+8 17+10 for rolling under 11. That's a 27 to opposed power check to shut down the gun.

Move Action: Run 100' towards nearest cover.

Free Action: Turn on her concealment.

Osla is also not going to use her HP to off-set the Extra Effort Fatigue.

20 on the opposed power check. It could not beat that with a natch score.

The gun is ice arrow'd and cannot function. Also the added weight throws off the helicopter's fine balance...

Scarpians(x5): Bruise(x5)-GM

The Chopper: Unharmed, Nullified(Gun)-GM

Arrowhawk: Unharmed, Fatigued, 3HP

The Scarpians finally recover from the Dazzle and move out to find Arrowhawk. However, with her Concealment and their low Notice that just puts them in position to be picked off.

The Chopper is starting to have real difficulty maintaining altitude.

Arrowhawk is up.

Move Action: Cross the distance.

Free Action: Pull out her axe.

Standard Action: SLAM YOUR BODY DOWN AND WIND IT ALL AROUND. She's Fatigued, so is at -1 to hit and -1 DC from lack of Strength, but she's also striking from Concealment, even if it does immediately drop when she attacks. She All-Out Power Attacks for 2, so has +9 to hit, and a DC of 24. Taking 10 to hit is 19.

They cannot make that, ruling they are all felled.

Also, as Ecal asked in Chat, yes one is defeated but conscious.

OK, another stunt, bring her down to only 2 HP, bah. Dimensional Travel, opening up in the realm of the fire giants, with the Portal extra, plus enough Progression to make it helicopter sized. Away from book, but it's a fairly cheap power.
