olopi
Okay, PMs aren't working for me right now, so I'll just do it this way: @Deel , @Raveled, @Tiffany Korta, and EP's already seen it,so no tag there Link to comment
Deel
Following too, but still not quite sure how it helps over pressing that little button... Link to comment
Raveled
So can Chrome just open the door and pull a fire alarm? Would anything stop him doing that? Would it stop him after being punched? Link to comment
olopi
I'll have a response up in a bit! He'll be able to open the door, but something's gonna interfere afterwards! Link to comment
olopi
And there we go! Initiative time! Link to comment
EternalPhoenix
http://orokos.com/roll/432998 Pacer, doing that speedster thing, nabs a 38. http://orokos.com/roll/432999 Stalwart is less fast, with a 9. Link to comment
Deel
Mammoth a bit better than average: http://orokos.com/roll/433037 gives him a 13. Link to comment
Raveled
Results 1d20+7: 14 [1d20=12] Chrome's very first roll. EDIT: Used the wro~ong character's Initiative modifier. Edited September 2, 2016 by Raveled Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Frostbytes Initiative: 1d20+8 18 Link to comment
olopi
Winter Wraith: 1d20 + 2 = 11 Crotalus: 1d20 + 5 = 16 Hammer: 1d20 + 23 = 43 Nacht: 1d20 + 3 = 13 So, that places the order at: 43 - Hammer | Unharmed 38 - Pacer | 3 HP | Unharmed 18 - Frostbye | 3 HP | Unharmed 16 - Crotalus | Unharmed 14 - Chrome | 1 HP | Unharmed 13 - Nacht | Unharmed 13 - Mammoth | 1 HP | Unharmed 11 - Winter Wraith | Unharmed 9 - Stalwart | 1 HP | Unharmed 7 - Large | Unharmed Okay, I should have Hammer's action up in a bit, after which it'll be Pacer's turn! EternalPhoenix
Overrun time. Dex check. Add in Speed and Improved Overrun. Melee Attack Bonus +4, Trip Bonus +28. Full Accurate Attack Shift will move those to +9 and +23, respectively. http://orokos.com/roll/435572 Got 22 on the melee attack check. Start with the really big guy. If he's got Growth, he gets a +4 on his Dex check to avoid being tripped. With Fast Overrun, if she succeeds she can try to trip someone else as long as she has the movement. And well, Speed 19. http://orokos.com/roll/435574 36 on the Trip check. Pacer doesn't have Improved Trip, so if somebody avoids being tripped they have a chance to trip her. If the big guy is tripped, I'll roll again for somebody else. Link to comment
olopi
Okay, that hits! Correct me if I'm wrong, but he can use whichever modifier's the highest, right? So, that'd be: 1d20 + 14 = 21 Not enough anyways! Link to comment
Raveled
So I think EP still has to make a couple of Trip checks? EP, why don't you just make all of them at once and olopi can just make the saves as needed. Link to comment
EternalPhoenix
http://orokos.com/roll/437402 Attack checks 14, 29, 27, and 11. http://orokos.com/roll/437403 Trip checks 26, 37, 39, and 28 Link to comment
olopi
Okay, as discussed in chat we'll do the order as 29 - 27 - 14 - 11 Sooo: Let's use the dice to determine who's next: 4 ,2 So, that means: Hammer (Speedster guy), then Nacht (Lady with glowing eye) Hammer: hits, roll against the trip: 1d20 + 15 = 19 (vs. 39) Hits, he's down! Nacht: hits, roll against the trip: 1d20 + 10 = 13 (vs. 37) Hits, she's down! And after that, Pacer misses! Link to comment
Raveled
And now Frostbyte is up. Link to comment
Raveled
Frostbyte's still up, Tiff. Link to comment
Tiffany Korta
Lay down an area trip to try and slowdown our speedster. Link to comment
olopi
Okay, Crotalus is gonna send a simple blast towards Chrome: 1d20 + 8 = 22 That hits, so that'd be a DC 27 Toughness save! Will put the IC post up already, so you respond and do yours at once Link to comment
Raveled
Toughness Save: Results 1d20+10: 11 [1d20=1] ... Orokos wants you in win. I can't let that happen. Results 1d20+10: 25 [1d20=15] That's more like it! Chrome's gonna go punch someone. Results 1d20+10: 18 [1d20=8] Link to comment
olopi
Okay! As you didn't specify, I'll just assume a "hit the biggest thing" strategy. Which would be Large, who's currently prone, so that hits no problem! 1d20 + 10 = 16 I imagine you hit with the full 10 Damage Attack? If that's incorrect, please correct me! If it is, he's Stunned + Bruised! 43 - Hammer | Unharmed, Prone 38 - Pacer | 3 HP | Unharmed 18 - Frostbye | 3 HP | Unharmed 16 - Crotalus | Unharmed 14 - Chrome | 0 HP | Bruised 1 13 - Nacht | Unharmed, Prone 13 - Mammoth | 1 HP | Unharmed 11 - Winter Wraith | Unharmed 9 - Stalwart | 1 HP | Unharmed 7 - Large | Stunned, Bruised 1 Link to comment
olopi
Okay! Nacht's gonna Instant Up (feat) to not be prone anymore for free She's then gonna move into the Gym, and throw something at Mammoth! 1d20 + 10 = 20 That hits, so that's a DC 25 Toughness Save As above, feel free to respond and make your own move in the same post! Mammoth's up! Edited October 1, 2016 by olopi Link to comment
Deel
Aaand just like that, Mammoth's down. 1d20+13=18 So discussion of actions is kind of academic. He's stunned for a round. Nuts. Link to comment
