olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 OOC for this , where Doom Room Adventures happen!
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Okay! We've got 3 groups of 5 minions each, plus a packleader Initiative Packs: 3#1d20+8 20 12 15 Initiative Leader: 1d20+10 25 Jann: 1d20 + 10 = 17 25 - Packleader | Unharmed 20 - Rosethorn | 2HP | Unharmed 20 - Minons (5) | Unharmed 18 - The Gargoyle | 2 HP | Unharmed 17 - Bird of Arms | 3 HP | Unharmed 15 - Minons (5) | Unharmed 12 - Minons (5) | Unharmed Okay, so the Packleader's gonna immediately go after Rosethorn with a simple melee attack: 1d20 + 8 = 16 And miss! Rosethorn's up.
Darksider42 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Rose takes a swing at the packleader who attacked her. Result: 13
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) The first batch of wolves is gonna attack Jann, s John can freely choose who to go after! Two pairs of two teamwork to attack, with the last one attacking by itself: 25, 18 25, Crit! So that's 2 DC 22, and one DC 27 Toughness Saves, in order: 3#1d20+7 10 9 16 Haha, screw that. Re-rolling all three, spending all HP Rerolling certain doom: 3#1d20+7 25 22 14 So, with the added 10 on the third one, that's just a Bruise. Will put this post into the one for Jann,, so EDIT: I screwed up the rules, you can only reroll one. In which case, it doesn't matter, because two Staggered is enough to knock him unconscious! Makes for a bad story, so I'll fiat that into the Bruise above for the three HP. The Gargoyle is up Edited December 17, 2016 by olopi
tv50watcher Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 I think I hit, 24 http://orokos.com/roll/467477
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Okay, so a DC 30! 1d20 + 10 = 18 That's a pretty big hit, Staggered + Dazed!
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Okay. Jann's turn. He's down to 0 HP, Bruised, and in a fairly sticky situation! Time to Takedown Attack! He'll take 10 for the Attacks, making the Damage DC22. Each one that fails means the next is attacked. Toughness Saves, in order: 5#1d20+5 17 20 12 22 14 So, that's 3 down, 2 still standing. One group of minions goes after the Gargoyle, while the others continue to circle. Once more, two groups of two, and then a single one. As they aren't strong enough to get through the Impervious, I'll leave it up to tv to determine how/if they hit. 25 - Packleader | Staggered 20 - Rosethorn | 2HP | Unharmed 20 - Minons (2) | Unharmed 18 - The Gargoyle | 2 HP | Unharmed 17 - Bird of Arms | 0 HP | Bruised 3 15 - Minons (5) | Unharmed 12 - Minons (5) | Unharmed Rosethorn's up!
Darksider42 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Rosethorn uses her Snare on all the surrounding enemies. ALL OF THEM! DC 20 Reflexive save for everyone that is a rubber duck of some sort.
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Groups, in initative order: Reflex Save: 2#1d20+3 22 11 Reflex Save: 5#1d20+3 4 21 13 12 11 Reflex Save: 5#1d20+3 21 7 23 11 22 Leader: Reflex Save: 1d20+6 19 I now realize I should probably just do it per group, but eh, I'm a bad GM
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Minions continue to team up on Jann: 1d20 + 7 = 8 And miss terribly!
tv50watcher Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Getting good rolls 24 http://orokos.com/roll/467510
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 http://orokos.com/roll/467511 ouch. He's out.
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Jann will take 10 again, hitting again, especially with the Snare up. Toughness Saves, in order: 2#1d20+5 20 12 They're out. As for the other minions: The four that can still move form their own group, and go after Lilly, once more in pairs. Set up Aid: 2#1d20+5 8 19 So one only attacks alone, the other two as a pair: Attack: 1d20+7 12 Attack: 1d20+5 23 So the one attacking by itself hits, for a DC22 Toughness! The others can't really do anything but chip at Gargoyle, where nothing happens. 20 - Rosethorn | 2HP | Unharmed, DC 22 TGH 18 - The Gargoyle | 2 HP | Unharmed 17 - Bird of Arms | 0 HP | Bruised 3 15 - Minons (4) | Unharmed 12 - Minons (6, Spread out) | Unharmed
Darksider42 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Rose makes her toughness save.. She passes with a 24 Now she attempts to knock the block off one of the minions. She lacks Takedown Attack and thus has no mooksweeper abilities. Taking 10 on punching ones face.
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 1d20 + 5= 25 It takes the punch and remains standing!
tv50watcher Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 http://orokos.com/roll/467545 sweep em with dat tail!
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Two hits! Toughness Saves, in order: 2#1d20+5 16 11 Yeah, they're down!
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Jann flies over to the group of three that are tied down, sweeping once more: Toughness Saves, in order: 3#1d20+5 12 23 7 Well, that's only one. Bad Jann, you're gonna get attacked again! Minions: Two attack The Gargoyle, Attack: 2#1d20+5 25 25 What the. Well, that's two crits. So, that's two DC28s. Now that we're done with rolling high, the two attacking Jann: Attack: 2#1d20+5 16 9 Both miss.
tv50watcher Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) One barely makes it through, the other doesn't. http://orokos.com/roll/467559# Edited December 17, 2016 by tv50watcher Putting in again
olopi Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) For the record: One HP to both Lilly and John Also, that's a Bruise, nothing bad Edited December 17, 2016 by olopi
Darksider42 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Rosethorn once again resorts to just Snaring anyone thats made of rubber. So another DC 20 Reflex save for anyone not friendly
tv50watcher Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) I think these both hit http://orokos.com/roll/467577 Edited December 17, 2016 by tv50watcher Wrong link
