Of course that roll may not be even needed, but if it is, spending an HP to reroll: Life sciences reroll: 1d10+25 35 is as good as you can get!

As will Gold, who's slightly more trained: Attack: 1d20+6 7 And apparently has faulty equipment! The other two move to block the door, but won't get there fast enough for Synth. If Synth makes it away, no need for initiative, otherwise feel free to roll.
