So what sort of things does Mannequin do? Where would Mannequin be hanging out?

Mannequin is a brain in a jar type character who has a fully constructed body except his brain. He does anything from fighting crime to scientist work, all he wants to do is clean up the city's crime to the people can work towards bettering themselves instead of just surviving.
