As the title of the post suggests this is an earth where pirates and the open ocean are a fairly significant portion. so I think I'm looking for probably two or three PC's who are down for some swashbuckling. Either post a response here or else PM Me. I'm thinking this will be around a PL 10 thread.

Exaccus Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 I'd offer up tekton, he's a PL10 Vibration controller whom is based at a submerged PanStar (Dubious company that attracts a lot of Eco-supervillainy) facility, though he's not got a lot of oceanic relevance as such, save maybe that some of the sea gods of yore had domain over earthquakes and his powers would theoretically work better through water as a medium. though that said, if someone with a better fit comes a long im happy to let them take it.
